I cannot caution you enough to stay away from this company. My recent move with Wasatch Moving Company was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I was originally quoted just over $600 for 3 movers for 3 hours to move a storage unit (mostly boxes, minimal furniture) into my apartment. By the time I rebooked, the quote increased to $720. On moving day, only two movers showed up and they immediately started milking the clock.
I chose Wasatch Moving because I loved everything their salesman Brandon promised. His estimate (after taking him through my house) was fair and he ensured me it was quite accurate—he even went as far to say he likes to estimate high so there are no surprises on moving day. Moving day ended up being extremely stressful. My house needed 2 full-size trucks and 4 men, according to Brandon’s estimate. When they showed up, the man in charge was very negative.
We had such a negative experience with this company and their customer service is terrible. We were only having them move the big pieces of furniture and told them beforehand the specific items that needed to be moved and that we wanted to stay as close to the three hour minimum as possible. They sent three guys and one of them was old and could not lift most of the items. He even admitted that he was very weak and had to stop continuously, almost dropping and bumping several items.

The movers were friendly, careful, efficient, and did a good job in all areas but one. They didn't know how to get our refrigerator through the front door, so it was left behind, but we had to pay for the quarter hour ($60) they tried to get it through the door. They removed the front door from its hinges, and they tried to figure out a way to take off the fridge doors, but couldn't. They didn't use the back sliding patio doors, which we will use when we borrow a truck to transport it ourselves.

Wasatch Moving company moved us out of two very full, medium sized, storage units to our new home 30 minutes away in just about three hours. The crew they sent was incredibly polite, respectful of our things, and highly efficient. I could not recommend them more highly for your next move.

Wasatch Moving is a very professional company. They moved my household items like it was their own furniture and even put the furniture where I wanted it. I've had other moving companies move my stuff which was a total nightmare. I highly recommend Wasatch Moving.
