I don’t usually write reviews, but it’s been over a month since our move and I’m still discovering items that were damaged or broken. We had to move twice in a short time period, and our first moving company was so fantastic that it gave me the false impression that paying for a professional mover guarantees a smooth, problem-free experience. I was very wrong. This company appears to have no inventory system or process for handling belongings in an organized or careful way.

If you value your belongings DO NOT use this company. I would give them NO STARS if I could. I came home mid move to find two teenagers in my office attempting to move my 9ft, $1,200 Restoration Hardware Table. They managed to chip three pieces out of the reclaimed wood table top and then proceeded to walk on the table. I immediately told them to leave. I brought this to the attention of "Cody" he just shrugged his shoulders. I later realized they also bent one of the medal cross bars to the frame of the table.

We had scheduled a move with Wright Movers, but the night before at about 6:30 pm I received a call saying their truck was having issues and they would not be able to move us. They rescheduled us for ten days later. Now, if the truck is broken there is nothing you can do about it, I get it. But on the other hand I would expect, most people don't have a ton of flexibility with moving.
They are now also a consignment shop. Called about a dinning room table and chairs good piece at a good price. Told us it has still available, told them we were 3 hour drive away and were coming to look at it. Got there and would not sale …

There is a reason Wright Moving Company is a perfect five star company on Google. Excellent experience with David H. the team lead the day of our move. He takes pride in his work. The crew was fast and efficient. They planned well and foresaw us needing an additional truck in advance, which they offered to send just in case and only charge us for if we used it. This saved so much hassle from finding out too late that we needed more space than expected the day of the move.
I had a terrible experience with another mover who left me stranded with my stuff thrown in the back of a U-Haul. Wrights found 3 movers willing to come help me out of the situation and not only were they fast and professional, they were incredibly kind. I wouldn’t use any other mover after this experience.
