They destroyed my piano with a sledgehammer!! Here’s my story: I had bought an old piano from Wisconsin, but the seller had not refurbished it. I moved to Utah county and found this small business and asked them to refurbish my piano. I got it refurbished but they came out with sledgehammers and before I got it back to its right place and they completely destroyed it, stating “we need the money.
We received a quote over the phone, had them take the piano, then received a final invoice that was MORE THAN DOUBLE the original quote. Had we known it would be that much, we would have never done it in the first place! We could have …
Hi Natalie - I try to be very clear when bidding my piano restoration projects, so I’m mortified to learn about this review. I’m not totally sure how this could have occurred because I’ve made it a point for many years to never charge more than I bid and certainly would never charge double or try…
In my last couple interactions with Brigham Larson piano I have been very disappointed. The lady Karmel that I spoke with pressure me into purchasing a piano I was not comfortable making the purchase for and turned me off to the experience completely. If I were looking for a piano in the Utah valley I would pick one of the many piano stores that have staff who are willing to help you pick the piano you need not the one that will make them the most profit.
Don't come to this Brigham Larson Pianos. Just the people you can't be trusted. They deleted my previous negative commons reviews that I rated one star to them and changed it to positive four stars instead. What a piece of work, Brigham Larson! Be Smart, don't buy anything or use their services from this business!!!
Thanks for the review Willie!
Brigham Larson is a crook. I hired the movers to move my piano, and the movers broke my piano. I was appalled, it was a beautiful baby grand I had purchased in DC and holds a great amount of sentimental value. Brigham tried to 'fix' the …
Liz, I can certainly sympathize with the emotion attached to a sentimental piano. We rebuild and refurbish a huge volume of vintage family heirloom pianos from around the nation each year and get to see daily how precious these instruments are to families.
Brigham has better technicians that are employess, I think Mitch was the guy that tuned my piano last year and he was awesome but Brigham came and did a terrible job. This man hides behind his big store and is a greedy aweful person. He …

Really happy with Brigham Larsen pianos. We found a great piano in the style and price that we needed. Fast delivery. Great customer service. Highly recommend!
Hello Everyone . . . I have always been impressed with how Brigham Larson Pianos provides such great pianos and services in the most friendly and helpful manner! I recently enjoyed hosting a recital for my Cello students in their recital hall. It was perfect for our group and they made it available at No Cost! Music teachers don't make a lot and there were no other places this nice for no cost . . . thank you so much! We came all the way over from Saratoga Springs to enjoy this place!
Thanks Bretton for the kind feedback! We love offering free recital space to music teachers! So happy your group had a great time! :)
We had a wonderful experience and it was worth the drive. We live in the SLC area and we went to three other piano stores closer to where we live. However, my father bought his piano from Brigham and so we came down to check it out. The selection alone was incredible! We thought we’d get an upright and ended up with a baby grand. Brigham and his staff were so easy to work with from beginning to end. We couldn’t be happier!! Thank you, thank you!! 🙏🏻
