In their own words
Sorry to be the only dissenter in the group, but these guys completely screwed us on a trade. We had an upright grand that we could not get into our new house because all the living areas were on upper floors. We contacted Piano Galley and they traded our upright for a digital piano. This piano has been nothing but problems.
We've searched our records and cannot find anyone by the name of Dave Hogan who has come in to our store. Our best guess is this is a fake review from a competitor.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I will never come here again and will definitely never recommend this place to anyone I know. In fact, I will be sure to do the opposite and tell everyone I know not to come here. The manager was extremely rude …
Purchased a new Yamaha digital piano. It did not work properly after delivery. I have called the store multiple times, with no call back. Better to purchase from Piano Guys.
OPENS AT 10am MY BUTT. Freak, my mom had scheduled her piano recital MONTHS in advance and the day of her recital, no one is there!!! They say they open at 10am and she booked it for 10:30am and no one showed up to open the store! So she and I tried calling for a full 40 minutes trying to get a hold of someone, and FINALLY at 10:45am (15 minutes PAST the scheduled time she booked AND paid money for) the manager calls her and is a FREAKING JERK! He said the employee that was supposed to open got sick.
I haven’t purchased a piano here but I did “sell” my piano under consignment with them and I would recommend to go somewhere else. It has been a long year and a half of begging for communication. I was never even alerted when it sold, I just happened to call a month after. Three months later and I’m still yet to see the money promised in the contract. So many unanswered texts, emails, and empty promises.
I came in as a very interested buyer, ready to buy with cash and was treated so poorly. Rich told me he was going to send me all the piano details via text. I had to call 3x over the course of 3 weeks to final get the details. Once he finally sent them, he has ignored all my texts and calls. Super disappointed.
I bought a used Yamaha U1 here in July, and was told that it had had the full inspection, that the warranty was as good as a new piano. In the 6 months that I've owned it, I think it's been working properly for a total of maybe three …
The owner was a jerk. He was 50 minutes late to opening the doors and he didn’t apologize. We even had the place rented out for a recital when he was so late. The costumer service was so bad. Would not recommend.

In their own words
Came here looking for a new piano. Worked with Kody. And it was the best buying experience I’ve ever had (piano or otherwise). Kody let me take my time playing between each…even the pianos well outside our size range…just so I could compare and settle on the BEST piano for our family. No pressure; just professional, educated information and answers to our questions.
We were completely amazed at the service and specialized care we received from Rich and the staff at the Orem Piano Gallery. They were totally attentive to our needs and questions, and we never felt like we just being “sold” on something! We highly recommend them to those in the piano market. Thanksabazillion. K. & C. Attended a lot of piano recitals here. Great place for these. They have a large selection of pianos as well. Always enjoy going here and looking around. Staff are very friendly. Seems like they would be a great place to buy from and would take care of their customers.
We really like Piano Gallery. Rich assisted us as we bought a new piano. His knowledge and expertise and honesty could not be beat. Piano Gallery is a fabulous company. Trent, their Piano Tuner, and their office help, are also great to work with.
