The worst experience I’ve ever had. The boss was so rude and very harassing to the point he told me he was going to take me to small claims court. Because when the workers left, they would not accept a check, so I said I would pay them the next day when I get my internet installed. This is how I paid the first initial pre-payment which was half. He called three more times the same day the workers left, The last time he said, he would come over to my house at 9 o’clock at night to receive payment.
Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you felt your experience was stressful, as that was never our intention. I do want to clarify that when I checked in regarding the move and spoke with you after the crew completed the job, no concerns were brought to my attention regarding scratched hardwood…
Worst moving experience I’ve experienced. They were late but kept pushing back the time they thought they could get there which had me waiting around the entire day. They eventually came a whole 24 hours later to move me. Extremely stressful and a waste of my time. I heard them break one of my ceramic pieces when they were moving my stuff and they never said anything to me. Extremely unreliable. Would go with someone else to save yourself a headache.
One of the worst experiences dealing with the owner of All Star Assist. The movers themselves were nice, but in the process of the move they broke my washer. The owner was not present during the move. I contacted the owner by the name of Chris to fixing the washer, but he insisted on replacing the washer. We had set up a date for me to receive a replacement washer.

These men are the best movers I have ever gotten the pleasure to work with. They are understanding and accommodating when the move had to be delay twice due to my unit not being ready. Then the day of the move they were efficient and very careful of my items, and when my boyfriend accidentally told them to put one of the pieces of furniture in the wrong room they fixed it no problem and waited patiently as I figure out where I wanted the pieces in the room.
I randomly found out about this moving company on a reddit post - for whatever reason, it felt like the right company for me so I reached out to them despite the fact that I was knee-deep in moving plans with a different company at the time and my goodness, am I glad I did. I can’t say enough good things about ALL STAR ASSIST LLC! I booked my move months in advance and spoke with Chris, the owner, on several occasions to make sure every detail was planned perfectly.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about Boris and Chris! This move was beyond stressful for me, and I was completely overwhelmed, exhausted, underprepared, and definitely not as packed or organized as I should have been. Not once did they make me feel bad about it or complain. They just showed up ready to work hard and help however they could. They worked SO fast, stayed past the time they were scheduled, and truly went above and beyond the entire day.
Outstanding Service from All Star Assist LLC! This morning (Saturday) around 6:00 a.m., I woke up with a project I needed to complete. I sent out a message asking for help moving a stand-up freezer from my basement to my garage. Within five minutes, All Star Assist LLC contacted me and said they could help. I explained that I have a walkout basement, but there is also a fairly steep hill leading up to my garage. I was very impressed when they told me they could complete the job the same day.
