If ZERO stars was an option, PODS has definitely earned that. Incompetent customer service, rude driver, apathetic management. Cancelled on me late on a Friday with an inch of snow on the ground. Would have been nice to know that before it was too late to make other plans. Couldn't deliver on Saturday because "we don't work weekends". Must be nice. Finally came out Monday and the driver was rude.

Beware. Just moved into my house. The POD was picked up this week after our move (empty). The driver sprayed hydraulic fluid all over my new house driveway. We called immediately and had to open a case. They came back and said “not responsible, read the fine print”. You damaged my property and are like “meh not our problem”. At what point do ethics go out the window? You damage someone’s property, fix it! That’s the right thing to do. Be warned renters!!

After dropping off a pod, one of your drivers was taking up both lanes while driving out of our neighborhood. We were in our lane trying to get around him but he refused to move, creating a standoff. After 7 or 8 minutes, he eventually pulled even further in front of us like he was in some form of protest that we had to back up.

Very disappointed with the service from PODS. I booked the POD in April and We paid an initial payment of almost $300. Our container was set to be delivered between 4pm and 7 pm today. Around 7:05 I get a notification that it has been delivered. The only problem is, it was not delivered. I called them and waited on hold for almost 30 mins only for them to tell me that the driver ended his day at 7:30pm and was unable to deliver my POD. When I asked why they said they didn’t know.

They were horrible when it comes to picking up the POD, they charged my bank account for the next month's rent after telling me I was within my grace period. They could not pick up the pod for four days because there schedule was full, not …

Awful pick up options and then refusal to prorate your very expensive monthly cost due to their far out pick up and moving options. And then once scheduled, taking several days to move 3 hours away makes 0 sense to me. All a scam to take …

PODS was great! Updated me everyday, called when they were on the way, put the PoD exactly where it needed to go. My driver Karl was fantastic. Fast, kind and talented. Would recommend to anyone

Waiting for delivery for 2.5 hours. They are very rude and disrespectful to the truckers. You have to wait for loading al they truck, then maybe they will unload you

Bob the PODS guy was awesome! He dropped our POD off on time and worked with us on the optimal placement. He gave us a whole tutorial on how to use the POD. He was quite professional. I would also like to give a shout out to Mo, who picked our POD up. He did some impressive (yet safe!) driving to get the POD under the truck.

Got my pod today from Earth City Mo, and Billy delivered it—he was absolutely amazing! I got my pod for a remodel so we are just keeping it in our driveway and with Billy was able to put it exactly where I wanted it. I'm also super impressed with how easy it was to order the pods and the company's communication. I was also surprised and excited that this company works with costco and able to get a huge discount by being a executive member. I highly recommend using this company for your storage needs.

Wow! This experience was far better and less expensive than using a moving company, as we have used before. From start to finish, it was easy and their sytem lets you know exactly when they are arriving, you get emails a day before, the driver calls you ...just an amazing process. Service was great and everyone was nice, helpful , and professional. Our items didn't take over 30 days to arrive, and based on how we packed everything, it arrived safe and unbroken.
