The rating breakdown
1 of the 39 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for All Star Movers & Storage are one or two star.
Worked out from 39 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Stockton
About the same as the middle of the 15 listings in Stockton we can publish a rate for.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
★★★★★ All Star Moving — they promise & they deliver! I’m writing this as someone who did a deep-dive comparison of 25+ moving companies before choosing All Star for our Irvine-to-San Ramon move — and after a genuinely bad experience in 2024 with one of the big national auto/van line companies, when we lost packages & Bose Home Theater system ($2,500) and they wouldn’t even allow us to purchase proper moving insurance until the last day. All Star Moving was the complete opposite, and an outlier in the best way.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Providing reliable, professional moving services is always our goal, and we're glad we had the opportunity to assist. Thank you for your support!
This was the best moving experience I have had. The last time I moved the experience was not good and things were damaged. I was referred to All Star by another company who could not accommodate my move date. I was promptly contacted and appointment for an estimate was set up. Bill, the owner, came out and gave us a very thorough proposal. The move date was scheduled. Two days before the move the buyer of my house had a problem and the date was moved.
We're grateful for your review and for choosing All Star Movers & Storage. Our team is committed to providing dependable service from start to finish, and we appreciate the opportunity to earn your business.
We had a great experience with this moving company. The crew arrived right on time and got to work immediately. Carlos and the team were professional, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the move. They handled all of our furniture and appliances with care, and they did a great job moving some difficult and heavy pieces. You could tell they knew what they were doing. They were also very patient.
Thank you so much for the kind words and for trusting us with your move! We're thrilled Carlos and the team took great care of your furniture and appliances, and that they were able to work at your pace without rushing. Making moving day feel easier is exactly what we aim for.
The scope of my move was 4 bedroom, 3000+ sq-ft house from San Jose to San Diego county. Bill and Briana from All Star movers & Storage were great to work with. From initial estimate ( most competitive among 4 quotes) to timely communication of details ( arrival time for pick up, number of people packing- four personnel, committed on next day delivery- no other company offered such service for the same price-, dedicated truck, Number of people at destination - three personnel.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re happy we could help make your move as smooth as possible. We appreciate your support and hope to assist you again down the road.
