In their own words
I spoke with this company over the phone about moving my grandmother's piano from Redding, CA, over to Humboldt County. The first conversation was pleasant. He asked for a photo of the piano (since we live in humboldt County and the piano is in redding) so he could get back to us with an estimate. A few days went by before I followed up with a text asking if they had a chance to draw up an estimate price for us.
God bless you and happy memorial I was with my family at the lake when you called I asked you to please send me pictures to no avail you never sent any pictures are dimensions of the piano please do not call this number and play on this All … More
5 stars: The movers themselves were amazing. Nothing short of helpful, and courteous. They moved everything in a timely manner, and were very helpful when helping with the installation of appliances. I would hire the movers themselves, as they did no wrong. Things can happen in a move, and completely understand that. 1 star: The owner didn’t have any problem assuring me he had insurance for anything broken on the way to the new house.
Thank you for calling All star for your moving Needs
I would consider all other reviews besides the local guides as "phoney". Same issue. I got the run around for a phone quote. have to see the items have to look at your stuff. Cant quote over the phone. Its real simple. Guy is beyond shady and will more than likely OVERCHARGE HIS CUSTOMERS. YA thats right. You didn't get my business and you still get a horrible review. Don't try to scam people with your canned scam speech. "Need to look at your stuff before you quote." Its real simple.
Jacob zaremba may God bless you and hope you are having a good day. All Star is a quick and efficient company. We simply asked for a photo of the project at hand. You would not supply us with a picture, so we could not give you a efficient quote. Thank you and may God bless you.
Never showed up and tried to scam us after we finally got ahold of them. Ask us what we're willing to pay after we drove over 3 hrs for them to pick up a hottub. Bad 👎 don't waste your time with these guys …
God bless you sir hope your day going well please show a Receipt or invoice number Because or record show us you never hired my company please do not Slander All Stars movers Thank you And God Bless
I would have given this company four stars except after the move they looked around my place and said that they would help me get rid of empty boxes, trash, etc. They said they would come by the next day and like an idiot I'd given them the money in advance. They didn't show. When I called I got no response when I texted. I got no response. The move itself was fine except for some complaining about what had to be moved. This is a small two bedroom house no real furniture or appliances needed to be moved.
This place is a scam. They are evil. They steal innocent peoples money. The person who takes the phone calls, has no business and working customer service. He is very rude. He is driving the business into the ground. He should be ashamed of himself. Stay away from these people at all costs.
