We moved out of State and while the employees seemed nice, we did notice that they were roughly handling our boxes. They had told us when we decided to do our own packing that it meant they were not responsible for any broken items. I wasnt worried because i have packed my own things all my life and never had anything break in a box. However more than half the boxes were crushed and lots of broken items and I actually witnessed them being tossed.

Jun 24, 2020 we hired Lee's Moving to pickup 39 pieces of furniture from Pier 1 in Redding on July 2, 2020 and deliver it to our home at a rate of $150 per hour for the truck & 2 men. I sent an itemized list to Lee's on Wed, Jun 24, 12:00 PM, Tue, Jun 30, 8:06 AM, and Wed, Jul 1, 4:54 PM. Upon delivery I paid them $900 for their service, a tip of $100 and $40 for lunch. The movers left and then I realized 8 pieces were missing. At 3:08 p.m.

We had an amazing experience with Lee’s Moving Company! From start to finish, they truly went above and beyond. The crew showed up on time, were extremely professional, and handled all of our belongings with care and respect. What really impressed me was their work ethic and positive attitude, they made the whole moving process feel easy and stress-free. They didn’t just move boxes; they made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it and even helped with a few extra things without hesitation.

We were very impressed and extremely satisfied by the excellent job that Lee’s Moving Company did for our recent move from Redding to Chico! They were extremely professional and we appreciate how they came beforehand to survey all the furniture and boxes we were planning to move. On the day of our move, our movers Tommy and Marvin took the utmost care with all of our delicate hand carved furniture and carefully wrapped it in special padding.

Anyone who has tried to hire a moving company in Siskiyou County knows there are zero options, besides one that comes up on Google and after you speak to them you probably will block him on your phone like I did. After searching Redding area and reading reviews I found Lee’s moving. I can tell you now they live up to the good reviews. From communication, punctuality and professional they checked all the boxes. They loaded my parents two uhaul trucks like a perfect Tetris game in a few hrs. Would highly recommend!

I left my wallet at a gas station in Central Point on Monday and didn’t realize it until I was contacted by Tommy Straub, a truck-driver for Lee’s moving who found it there. He made time out of his tight schedule to coordinate a meet-up with me along I-5 near Eugene (which is where I was when I realized I’d lost it!) When he returned my wallet to me, I offered to pay him something for his trouble, but he refused to accept any money. I am so grateful and humbled by Tommy’s honesty, kindness, and generosity.
