In their own words
When I phoned Doug originally to discuss hiring his company to clean up at my mom's property, he was quick to respond, gave me a very clear idea on how his pricing worked, and set a date for the job. I was able to text him photos of the work I wanted done and the area in which he had to back his truck and a specific-sized trailer for the job. Doug contacted me in advance with a time frame for his arrival, and then phoned when he was on his way.
Thanks Tobi, really appreciate you taking the time to write such a detailed review on your experience with us. It was a real pleasure being able to get all that done for you. Hope it gives a sense of relief getting all that out of there.
Doug did an excellent job helping out on short notice. He came out the same day and took care of a big pile of yard debris and tree branches without any hassle. Super friendly, professional, and efficient. It’s rare to find someone this responsive.
I highly recommend One Stop Redding Junk Removal. Doug was friendly, courteous, professional, and very prompt. Did an a great job, and the price was more than fair!
Thanks Scott, really appreciate the feedback! Was a pleasure meeting you.
I had the best experience! From the time I called to inquire and make an appointment, I was spoken to with the most friendly and cordial voice, with all of the pricing very clearly explained. Doug and team called me 10 minutes before they arrived at my apartment to do a garage clean out with almost three years of hoard to haul away. At no point did they make me feel embarrassed or anything about the mess they were taking away for me.
Thanks so much for writing about your experience with us and all the kind words you had to say about your experience. Was nice meeting you and hope now having that cleaned up will help you be able to sort out the rest of everything you have.
