Do not i repeat do not use this company. I used them for a move for a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. They came with two men. The truck couldn't for all my stuff because it was small on top of no ramp to assist them. They broke down on the way to my new house. Time started at 930 ended at 230 with the 40 breakdown window. The hr rate is 89. How was my today 697. I have repeatedly asked for a detail bill. It's they systems are down. When I decided to put my work desk up.
Hello Erica. This is All Star Moving Laborers based in Midland, TX. Our contact number is [phone removed]. We are certain you have reviewed the wrong moving company. We do not have your name in our data base. We do not have box trucks and the pricing you listed is not ours.
Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Had them booked for over a month. On moving day, they showed up over 3 hours late just to tell us that they couldn’t move us. Instead of calling earlier in the day so we could arrange other plans, they left my husband and pregnant self stranded with no help. Poor poor poor!!!!!!!!
Very disappointed with the service. Not what I anticipated based on reviews. I was recommended to use this moving company from my apartment complex. I moved to Midland from 12 hours away. Monica, the source of contact was professional. I arrived in Midland after our long drive down. The movers were 20-30 minutes late. I initiated contact with Monica to try figure out where the movers were. It took them well over two hours to move all of my things.
The worst mover I ever used. After they loaded, called and asked for more money. They kept the connections, nots, bolts for all the furnitures and wiring connections to the sofa. I would give 0 out of 5.
Scheduled a home visit for an estimate and they never showed up. Followed up 3 days late. Sorry to leave this review but taking my business else where.

They did excellent work! On time, organized, great equipment, and did not waste time. We will be using them again to move industrial equipment or anything else that needs to move. Excellent customer service from the office staff to the folks on the ground. Great price too.
