At the time David came to tune my piano, breaking a string and forcing me to pay for his own mistake, I decided to let it go and not leave an honest, 1-star review. However, upon seeing all these misleading, 5-star reviews, I figured it is necessary to warn potential customers. First of all, this guy doesn’t even know how to play piano. Knowing how to play the instrument is a bare minimum expectation for a tuner - at least, a competent one.

We have had David tune our piano for many years now. He is wonderfully considerate-- on time, great communication. He has also safely moved our piano between rooms in our home. We can really hear the difference each time he does a tuning. Would recommend him for all of your piano needs!

Dave is very careful about his work and very upfront about what he’s doing. He’s done a lot to help our century-old piano continue to sound good.

All I can say is... WOW. I had David come and tune a baby grand piano that I bought on Facebook a couple of years ago. I had done some minor adjustments to it when it first arrived, but I didn't want to risk damaging it by attempting more adjustments myself. I'm so glad I found All Things Piano! David is absolutely meticulous with his tunings (I have a really good ear and there was never a note that I thought was off or needed more attention), and took as much time as was needed to make sure it was perfect.
