Update - you can see below that the owner asked me to call to get this straightened out. I called the office and Danyelle told me that the owner (her husband, I believe) would call me back by the end of the day. A week later, still no call. Do not give this company your business. Just terrible. I used All Together moving to move a wine storage unit to a different house just a few miles away. The price was reasonable and the team worked very hard to move the very heavy unit.

So we had scheduled for a move from Phoenix to Sedona. They showed up 90 min late. They refused to wear mask and I’ve underlying conditions then they just marched out when I told them that they needed to wear mask. We had to postpone our move for 24 hrs. Which as anyone knows caused all kinds of problems and cost. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! I can’t even believe that people could be so rude and not concerned about people’s lives and health during these pandemic times!! PLEASE HIRE ANYONE ELSE!!

Danielle was very helpful and responsive at All Together Moving. Unfortunately they charged my husband twice for the move and agreed to refund the double charge however after multiple attempts and more than a month later we were never refunded the almost $500. Very disappointing that they are dishonest. I honestly think it is the owners rather than Danielle herself. Beware they will rob you. Now having to go through BBB for complaints to try to recover my money. A waste of my time.

I genuinely do not know where to begin with this "business" if that's what you even want to call it. I have never been so disappointed with a service in my life & being the owner of a couple companies myself, if I'm not given the opportunity to fix something, I feel it's unfair to write a negative review but I have given this "business" 41 days to make this horrendous experience right & not only are they not, they are dodging me because they know they are in the wrong.

They were 4 hours late to start, and the crew had worked those 4 hours at another job not our so by the time they came to our house around Noon, they were hungry for lunch and tired already. The whole move was completely uncoordinated and the entire moving staff of 6 there were only 2 that knew what they were doing.

I hired this company..altogether moving and storage..as they were finishing the move one if the workers broke my flat screen tv..my son and myself told the worker you broke my tv..he said we have insurance so it will take care of it my son took all the info on the tv and sent it to the company..Danielle said we will text you the claim number..a few days went by and I called them and was informed that the owner doesn’t want to claim it on his insurance so they will have a new tv to me by the weekend..

This is the worst moving company ever!! I was told I was going to have three movers for two hours. The movers called 30 minutes after the time they were supposed to arrive to say they were running still another 30 minutes behind. Then, the lady from the moving company called me to tell me that they only had two men coming instead of the three that I had paid for but not to worry because they would still get it done in time.

1/25/2020 Update I have called numerous times and still no check for damages. Shameful. When the owner said call and I did still no resolve. Damaged furniture and Lies. After numerous attempts to collect for damages and lies from co owner Danielle I am taking them to court. Danielle approved the repair but has lied about sending a check. The old response checks in the mail. I saved the company from a 1700.00 repair from their repair co. And this is the thanks I get. Wow I am so disappointed in Danielle.
