They trick you with quotes that are wildly inaccurate and will stick you with an over the top bill. Go with anyone else and avoid this company. The guy that works at the office was a standup guy and was very helpful, he was 5 star. The rest of the company on the moving and estimate side was 1 star. The movers don't use floor or wall protection, will damage items and not mention it, and then they'll charge you for their egregiously innacurate quote and stick you with the bill.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I should have read the reviews first. Very unprofessional. The manger was incredibly rude. I tried to call and explain why I was disappointed with the MANY things that happened. Manager did not listen. Wouldn't even let me tell him what happened. I told him upfront I was not looking for a refund or money back. I only wanted him to listen to my experience so other customers wouldnt have to experience what I had to. He was only interested in arguing. Please do not use this company.

GET A BINDING CONTRACT before agreeing to having them move you. We were quoted around $4,170 for a full-service move with around 8000 lbs which was the estimated weight they gave us after I added up the weight of each item in the gym and did a full walkthrough of each room and described exactly what we had down to the type of material the items were made out of.— the quote was including all the movers packing everything into boxes, and disassembling & reassembling at move-in, laying floor protection (there was no…
Absolutely horrible. Do not use! First of all they’re extremely rude and never on time with bad communication. Our items were moved into our house broken, damaged and eaten by rats. We paid to have our trampoline disassembled and then reassembled once we moved into our new house, they half built it, damaged parts of it, lost parts of it and then left it unfinished never to return or be heard from again. Contact about claims for our broken furniture or eaten items inside our boxes by the rats, unheard of.
I left a 5 star review initially before looking inside of my truck. Tens of thousands of dollars of damage and all I was refunded was the TIP i gave the workers. DO NOT PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIED ABOUT USING ANY FURNITURE PADS. Laziest workers and LIARS i’ve ever met.
