The guys worked very hard but had a lot of broken items that we noticed right away and more after we unboxed. Was careless with fragile items but boxes down hard and breakable items. Furniture was banged up, just careless. I talked to Gary about it wouldn’t cover anything. Blamed the movers before, which we know some of the items broken he said wasn’t wrapped or not correctly which we say them wrap. Would not go with this company again . Very disappointed. We cover every and any item we break. I’m very sorry, but I cannot cover items we did not break. My team took several pictures of all the broken and unwrapped items in your storage unit. My guys even brought it to your attention. You claimed we broke them and put them back in the unit.
I recently used your moving services because I was located close to your Tempe office, and I wanted to reach out regarding a serious issue we are now dealing with after the move. Shortly after moving into my new apartment, we found two very large cockroaches and a large spider inside the unit. We have already had to notify the apartment complex, coordinate with pest control, purchase cockroach traps and spray, and move many of my belongings outside while we work through the issue.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re very sorry to hear about the stress and disruption this situation has caused for you. We understand how upsetting this must be, especially given your fear of cockroaches and the inconvenience of dealing with pest control and moving belongings…
Was the biggest mistake of my life. Never trust a business owner who flirts with you during the deal. I was disappointed with their services to say the least.

I had an absolutely great experience with All You Need Moving! Matthew and Sebastian were fantastic — they wrapped everything so carefully and treated my furniture like it was their own. They put all piece of furniture, exactly where I wanted it and even put my bed back together. They worked quickly but never rushed, and they were pleasant, easy-going, and right on time. I highly recommend these guys! I got the pleasure of meeting Gary (owner) before the move began.

We heard about All You Need Moving from a family member who interacts a lot with them at the storage company she works at. As such we went with that recommendation. There was a lot of good communication leading up to it. They arrived slightly early, and they began loading the truck. It was clear that they were trained in good practices as they began handling furniture and other items with care. Glass items were carefully wrapped, and they were making great use of the truck space towards the beginning.
I am blown away by how fast these guys work. I got the pleasure of having Sebastian, Dominic and Sammy help me move from a 2 bed 2 bath town house into a 3 bed 2 bath house. They went to my storage unit first then dropped that stuff off at the new place and drove up to my old town house after and back to the new place. They were efficient, respectful and listened to everything I said about where to put things. They offered extra help if I needed it with setting stuff up.
My boyfriend and I have hired All You Need Moving TWICE after a friend told us about them and we plan to continue calling this company for every move in the future!! For anyone looking to hire movers or on the fence about it, consider this your word-of-mouth recommendation! Gary the owner is responsive, reliable, kind, and super easy to reach/schedule. Literally just give him in a call!! Also their rate is VERY FAIR and competitive.
