They moved me in 2024. Milked the hourly rate: Unloaded out of the trucks' side door, refuse to unload out of the back of the truck & wouldn't use the ramp from the truck, walked up and down the stairs. Damage some of my items I've sent them pictures of the damage four times in the last 2 years with no reply. Left several voicemail messages, no reply. The salesman, tells you what you want to hear and then none of the customer service is followed. I was referred to this company by a friend.
WARNING. STAY AWAY. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Here are the details of the nightmare experience I have had with this awful company. First of all, this company is just a front. They are only a broker and thus will take no responsibility for your move. They outsource the move to a third party and keep a cut. Second, they will grossly misquote the cost of your move making you think you are getting a fair deal, but then they will hold your items hostage in an effort to extort extra money from you.

Worst experience ever. They delayed the original time to the next day and when the next day came the moving company packed up all of my families belongings and they went back to the warehouse and held all of our items. THEN THEY RAISED THE PRICES. A HUGE SCAM DO NOT BOOK
We hired alliance moving for our interstate move from IL to CA. I would NOT recommend alliance for a long distance interstate move. Why? Shortly, the management is simply disorganized and clearly not used to cross-country moving, and either their sales persons/coordinators like Jaggy and Craig are outright dishonest towards their customers, or they’re just so confused in their internal communication (?).
So i have never used them but my experience is them blocking the entire road for a parking lot with the only way to get to the other side and building is to go around the entire apartment complex all while blocking parked cars as well. Now i get it the have a job to do and i drive a semi truck but they do not have to block the flow of parking lot traffic all because they dont want to walk 10 more feet.
It's going to be a no for me! My movers did a great job but they do not mount TV's, hang mirrors etc. I want movers that can take down everything and put it back up. I had to hire our separate people for those jobs. I've used a different moving company before that did not charge to install tv mounts etc.

Alliance just handled my move and I cannot say enough good things. They carefully wrapped all furniture and the guys had my old home empty in no time. On the other end they worked with me to get boxes to the right rooms, and even took many boxes and bins to my attic for me. They were courteous, on time, hard working and not one item was damaged in any way. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

I can’t say enough good things. I just can’t say enough they did everything amazing. These guys worked really hard. The pricing was so fair just so fair I can’t. I couldn’t even believe it. They came a little bit near the end of like the two hour window, but not a big deal they communicated the lead guy in the crew. Made sure to take care of everything and ask me what I need done and what was needed and I tipped accordingly they worked hard. They deserved it. Do not get movers from anywhere else.

I Highly recommend Alliance Moving based on my recent experience. I appreciated that they were detailed in providing a quote to move an entire home of furniture in two different move events on different days, per our request. The price was very reasonable, compared to what I paid a different moving company 2 years prior when moving. Jaggy, our project manager, was always available over the phone to answer questions prior to the move date. Furniture was moved from the main floor, 2nd floor and basement.
