I would advise anyone to not use this company and look somewhere else, based on facts only. Charged me for 1200 cubic foot on the move and when it was put into my storage unit for 2 weeks (10x15x8 = 1200 cubic foot), there was 250-500 cubic foot worth of space in the unit left. So over charged Was told they had TV boxes (no charge) but they put a blanket on the TV’s and taped the corners to tight which curved a 77” TV (so no boxes but charged me extra for the blankets).

Predatory & Unprofessional - If I could give zero stars I would. I used World's Best Movers for a long distance move with a pickup date on 6/14/22, and they delivered what remained of my belongings on 7/18/22. The experience with this company was a nightmare at every stage. A few of their key offenses include: - Delivering a week past the delivery window (in violation of their contract).
Be careful. They will swindle you from the beginning. First they book you for 3 movers, then send 2 and bill you extra for time. Everything thing that was discussed in the contract, was void upon arrival. Drivers stated that he was given different instructions. Don't fall for any of it. They're all in cahoots. Will never use or refer to anyone. If I could give 1/2 star, I would. They dont even deserve that ...
We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but the statements in your review are simply not accurate. We did not send fewer movers than were scheduled, nor did we intentionally change the agreed-upon crew size or charge extra time because of it.

Dear Miss Williams, We need to clarify our position regarding the incident with the TV that was accidentally dropped during our move. We acknowledge the damage and took immediate responsibility by working an additional hour and 38 minutes without charging for this time.

From the first minute, Meti was kind and professional with my questions and the quote. These guys did a fantastic job. They were friendly, efficient and patient when I got in the way a bit haha. The price was the most reasonable put of a dozen quotes I had gotten around town and they still did a quick and professional job. They kept me informed every step of the way, too. Our 1 bedroom took little time to set up and unlike other companies, it seemed like we did not need to have a 4 hour minimum or so.
We moved very quickly and Worlds Best Movers was able to accommodate us without a problem. Their communication was great and their estimate was thorough - our total ended up being right in the middle of the range they quoted. The team was right on time and worked efficiently & quickly. They were very nice, clearly experienced and took extra care to make sure we loaded and got settled smoothly.
Excellent service!!! If you're moving, these guys are the only way to go. Very respectful to property and super professional. I can't say enough about the move. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!!!
Sam and Alfonso were amazing movers! They came from Chicago all the way to Massachusetts and were patient and professional. Completely unloaded and unpacked my stuff in each room as I directed. Just such an overall pleasant experience in the stressful time that moving is. Highly recommended!
