I booked with Hercules moving a week and a half in advance from our move date of May 30th. I called twice to confirm my reservation was assured the movers would arrive between 8-9am and I was definitely on the schedule. The movers did not arrive at all on the 30th, and by noon I had called them a collective 30 times. Someone finally answered and let me know they would give me a call back to find out what happened. No one called or emailed me back.
I wish I was able to give them 0 stars! I called them last minute of moving my business, asking if they can help with moving out one equipment that was really heavy. I gave them the name, make and model of equipment and told them how much it exactly weight, he ensured me they can move it out, he told me he will send 3 men and charged me $735 saying their minimum hour is 3 hours even though my project was only an hour, which I found out later that wasn’t true but I came agree with it since I had no other choice and…

Hercules Moving is a scam. I needed to hoist up a couch through my balcony and was told multiple times they could do it. I told them it was a third story balcony before hand and they said it would be okay. The day of the move the told me that because they had to drive out 45 minutes that they can only help me move for 30 minutes and if they go over it would cost and extra 200 every 15 minutes which was never mentioned once during the multiple calls I had with them.

Saturday this moving company was supposed to show up between 8-9am to move my daughter from an apartment to a townhouse. 10am no show! 11am no show! So finally at noon I called them. They tell me that their moving crew did not show up. oh, mind you we booked them weeks in advance and called numerous times to confirm. Hercules Moving: sorry ma’am but we’re all booked today and don’t have anyone to help with the move.. Really? This is how a moving company is supposed to handle a situation the day of?
BEWARE! Im 72 year old female, I was quoted approximately $900.00. Movers split up and were impossible to supervise. They wasted time disassembling items that could have been folded up into a million screws and bolts! When I walked into room they were always on their cell phones. After move, they wanted Over $2000.00! Each guy charged extra for travel time from their homes! They demanded tips. They left So Many Heavy items! I wasn’t able to close on time and took me 3 extra days to move everything they left.

Movers did a good job. The paying for travel time for the movers basically doubled the costs for the move which is not acceptable. We were not informed of this prior to the move and it basically put us in a no choice opportunity the morning they arrived. The mover said that nobody ever knows of this ahead of time. I will tell anyone who asks not to use Hercules for this reason.

Very happy we went with this co pang for our move. Very efficient and careful! Greg, Demitric, and Shane took care with all of our belongings and home to make sure everything was moved carefully and no damage occurred. The move was reasonably priced as well.
Excellent service! Jordan, Sebastian, Johnny and Andrew were prompt, polite, careful and professional.
Josh and Jordan were fantastic! These young men worked their butts off in the miserable humidity and not once complained. They were extremely nice and very personable and pointed out a couple of small issues with the house. Even had super clue to clue back a piece of the door frame that was preventing the door from closing. And mentioned the pin missing from my bathroom door. You will be very lucky to get these guys. The scheduling was another story.
