I strongly recommend against using this mover. Not responsive when you need them, break your stuff, lie to you about discounts and pickups, don’t estimate time properly, and pay employees extra if you leave a good review. Here are the details: The central office (David, Carlos) are very diligent and responsive in getting you an estimate, and to make sure you may after you move, but they disappear during the move when you need them most.

A warning for anyone looking at this moving company - you should know that my cost and the time allotted was over 50% higher than the time initially quoted, even though they knew exactly everything about every piece of furniture they had to move with pictures of everything and an itemized list, with 95% percent of the move happening on ground floor. Moves are stressful. Falcon made it 100 times more stressful than it needed to be. Our movers worked hard; we loved Andrew and Alex especially. I would recommend both of them in a second. However, it seems owner Jason cares more about working his movers to death by trying to squeeze too much work into one day rather than to give them realistic time to complete a move.

I'm the beginning Jason the owner was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and the booking process seemed painless. That said on the day of the move the staff and truck were an hour and a half late. I called after waiting thirty minutes and got an update from the truck that it would be 35 more minutes, not a problem. But when that next 35 mins became an hour it's beyond annoying, it's simply unprofessional.
Not a great experience with Falcon. Jason the owner seems very inexperienced when it comes to quoting and estimating your belongings and packing. He reached out multiple times wanting to know if he had estimated enough boxes (how would we know, he's supposed to be the experienced one here), which we didn't and they had to bring more. They charge from the moment the Truck shows up (according to the GPS) although guys are standing around, walking through the house, trying to get a lay of the land, etc.

I wish I could leave a negative star. This is the worst moving company and move I've ever had. I had 95% of my items destroyed plus property damage. They did not plastic carpet or wear booties(new white carpet at new location); wrap vintage furniture(wood damage and scuffs); handle boxes marked fragile with care(smashed & damaged items); or anything else stated in the handouts or during the multiple walk through or assurances through email.

The worst service I have ever had. The mover always ask for extra charge for everything unreasonable and the extra charge didn’t show on contract! When I want to call the company to double check they said they will unload and leave. My boxes and chart got damaged….in very bad condition. The mover ask cash only and paid before loading………

What an incredible group of hard working young men! Alcides, Darius, Nate and Kristian were polite, friendly, and engaging They were quick in taking apart and reassembling all of the furniture. They did not miss a beat and put everything exactly where we asked for it to go. They were very tolerant and patient when we changed our mind on the location of a few pieces as well. Always with a smile. We could not have asked for a more efficient or easy move. (Easy to say, considering we did none of the heavy lifting.).

Couldn’t have gone better. Juan was great to work with during the booking process and his estimate was basically spot on, which made planning everything much easier. Garret, Pat, and Clay did an amazing job with the move. They were super helpful and made the entire process feel easy. They worked quickly, took great care of everything, and the move went seamlessly from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this team and use them again.

Falcon Moving got our house packed in Illinois on Wednesday, and unpacked into the new house in Indiana on Thursday. The team (Patrick, Clay, and Brett) were extremely efficient and careful with our belongings. Plus, they were great guys. The move cost less than the estimate because the team was speedy. I highly recommend this company for any moving needs.
