My experience with this pro was terrible. I told him that I had junk and i’m moving a 4 bedroom home. He told me it’s $260 for junk and $110 a hour. When they arrived it was only one truck there. I called the owner and complained to him that this is not going to work and that my furniture and items from the home is not going to fit on the same truck as the junk. I need TWO trucks. so he told me he was bringing another truck. What he did was come get the junk and brought the same size truck.

We will definitely not be using Keep It Up Moving Services again as the gentlemen who moved our things did not do a good job keeping our furniture up. We were really disappointed with our experience. During the move, the crew broke our brand-new dresser, which we had specifically purchased to use as our baby’s changing station. Instead of addressing the damage properly, they simply taped it.

I wish the experience using this company was removed from my memory. I live out of town and hired the company to assist with moving items over 200lbs in my mother’s house. The questionnaire was filled out to provide that exact detail. However, when the workers arrived they eliminated any opportunity to move those items. Unless two more workers were added for an additional $330.

The guys were nice and professional enough but they charged me for three heavy items which are just normal items. And it's $60 per heavy item. One was a small file cabinet that had maybe 100 pages (5lbs of paper in it), another one was a normal size table and the third one was a glass top for a table. Oddly enough, they didn't charge me last time they moved me for these, which we're all there before. Either way, it felt like a rip off. I wouldn't use them again.

The guys that moved my things were nice, however I will not be using them for any more of my moves. I packaged my tvs in its original packaging with the strong styrofoam & box myself & after my move, one of my tvs was damaged. There was no …

Thank you G K for taking a moment to write the review. All our fees are discussed prior the move and additionally outlined in the agreement we send to our customers. Moreover I have checked our invoices and there is no such a $200-$300 extra fees ever been added to any of our customers.

The process of moving is a horrible experience. These guys made it seamless. They provided very fair pricing, showed up exactly when they said they would and provided updates on arrival along the way. They worked very quickly and most importantly efficiently and were conscientious and careful with everything. I would use them again in a second if needed and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for movers.

I have done quite a few moves around the Chicago area and none have come close to matching the professionalism of Roman and Yuriy. They arrived on time, moved items quickly and more importantly took utmost care of all my items. They didn’t waste a second and were able to complete the move before the estimated move time. I will definitely be using them for my future moves. They are a cut above the rest and I highly recommend the movers.

Keep It Up was great at helping with my recent move! I moved out of a fourth floor walk up apartment with many, many boxes and bags and a large sofa. Valentin and Ivan did a great job with taking everything down all those stairs and handled all my items with care. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, and communication was easy.
