Jim and Tre packed us up and were wonderful. Very kind, respectful, and did a great job. Jim, Tre, and Drew delivered the next day. Again Jim and Tre were wonderful. Drew was not pleasant to work with. He was disrespectful, told us to move heavy boxes for him from a high and dangerous location (which is inappropriate per their contract and he didn’t offer to help), copped an attitude when the day was running long (it was his and his crew’s fault), told me I was the reason they would be late getting to our new…

Using this company was a nightmare. They way under estimated our move. When the movers arrived the price doubled. We had twice as much stuff even though I went room by room with Alliance. As a disabled vet, this went way over our budget and put us in a major bind. Horrible just horrible.

I would not recommend this company and unfortunately we did not have a choice. Not only did we find numerous things on shelves and even just regular countertops they did not pack (and should have), they also packed a number of things they were not suppose to that were clearly marked 'do not pack'. While they were packing my toddlers dresser, they broke the child safety lock on it and didn't even say anything about it. They didn't seem to care when we told them that they had broke it, either.

The moving crew that was assigned to our HHG delivery on Feb 4th was terrible. Upon arriving the crew was short and rude. They suggested inventory was optional and that they wouldn’t stop unloading if I wasn’t around for the inventory of the items. Additionally upon arrival I requested that they lay down carpet protection as we had just installed brand new white carpet throughout the house.

Horrible experience with this moving company 10/10 do not recommend. Never in my 10 years in the Army have I experienced packing on a Friday then loading on a Monday. I have toddlers and it’s was a disaster. With that being said they didn’t pack up everything then went on to say the loaders would finish packing the rest of the stuff on Monday. It is now Monday and even the loaders are complaining how horrible the job was done and packed.

This company has been the most unprofessional group I have ever had the displeasure to be assigned to for a move. They offered a pick up date that I accepted and then 5 business days later I'm notified that it's not available anymore. Now, they failed to contact me 24 hours out, PER THEIR POLICY, and my household goods are now STILL stuck in storage due to their failures. I would not EVER recommend this company to anyone.

I would like to have been given a chance to rate their service, but they didn't call for a consult at the designated time (or at all). No email correspondence after contact about the missed consult. If they can't keep an appointment, I won't trust them with my personal belongings. There are plenty of other options to choose from.

Connie and Andrea were in charge of the packing services during my move, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of service. From start to finish, they were efficient, professional, and extremely careful with all of my belongings. They worked quickly but with great attention to detail, ensuring that fragile items were properly wrapped and protected. They were also very organized and made sure to label everything properly, making it easy to unpack later. Not a single item was damaged during the move.

We had THE ABSOLUTE best group of movers yesterday from Alliance. Highly professional, kind, the team got along great, they worked tremendously hard unpacking 13 crates, over 9,000 lbs. Started promptly at 8 and ended by 3. We have moved with the Army across the ocean and back, had multiple PCS moving companies and we can say, without a doubt, these 5 young men exceeded our expectstions. The entire team functioned seamlessly and the supervisor of the move worked equally as hard as all the rest.

I had Ben and Leniga assist with the packing of my household items. Despite some complications with certain items and errands I had to drive to do, they were very patient and focused on the work, even when I wasn’t there. The packing got done a lot sooner than I had anticipated thanks to them. They were great to talk to and communicate my intentions with packing items, I don’t think I’ll be worried about anything breaking. Thank you!!!
