In their own words
This storage unit flooded at least twice & they didn't inform the storage unit renters. Furthermore, upon helping my friend empty out her storage unit which had over a foot of water in it, all the stuff on the bottom was literally covered in black mold, proving it had flooded before. On top of that, the bins at the top had large pools of water on them, proving that at least this unit has a leaky ceiling. I recommend this storage unit if you want your stuff destroyed.
SURPRISE. YOUR RATE JUST WENT UP FOR NO REASON. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I'VE ONLY BEEN HERE A FEW MONTHS. IT'S NOT LIKE I CAN JUST PACK UP AND GO IN AN INSTANT. VERY UPSETTING. IT'S LIKE THEM SAYING WE VALUE YOUR BUSINESS BUT AT THE END OF THEY DAY, THEY VALUE GREED. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CLIENT. THEY COULD CARE LESS. I WAS ALREADY PAYING TOP DOLLAR FOR A LITTLE UNIT. THIS PRACTICE IS LEGALIZED EXTORTION AND A SLAP TO YOUR FACE. WHEN IS ENOUGH, ENOUGH?
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Lonnie and Lynn were very kind and helpful in getting me a storage space this perfect for what my needs. They gave me a great price on the storage area I needed and were very helpful and setting me up with the contract and everything else that goes along with it cuz I was able to secure my storage area with very little input on my part they are great I recommend that anyone who's looking for storage go to all safe storage and visit with Lonnie and Van and they will help you out it's great thank you

I was not ready for the two owners bright smiling faces when I stepped into their office - what a breath of fresh air in an industry usually riddled with shady practices and terrible service. Top notch, super clean facility and professional friendly owners who care about their customers and take pride in their business. Will gladly use them again even if I end up living further away. Wow what an amazing surprise !

Great husband & wife team that run this facility. Able to quickly get the storage locker I needed. They drove me around to find the right size and ensured I could lock/unlock w/my arthritis. Good location in Alameda and reasonably priced.

I’m in process of moving to Alameda to be close to my son and his family. My poor brain, as well as my body were exhausted. The couple in the office (Lonnie and Lynne) were so helpful and sweet-easy to work with, explained everything clearly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. I highly recommend this rental business.
We are grateful Lonnie and Lynne made your move to Alameda smoother. Their helpfulness means a lot to us. We appreciate your recommendation! … More
