I wouldn't wish my moving experience with this company upon no one. The Forman was very unprofessional. Broke more items that I can count. Handle all my items like it was junk. Missing items, and don't know we're they went. Scratches on a lot of items. Damage done to my new floors and walls. Overall stay away, as I have used a few company's before and this was definitely the worst. They say we're working on your claim. Crickets, nothing happened no call back said they would try to fix the items.

Just like another reviewer who gave a 1 star review, I too chose this company because of all the five star reviews they had. An estimator came to my old house to see what had to be moved and I was provided an estimate. Come the day of the move, I was charged $1,040 more than their estimated price. I did not add any additional services, and as a matter of fact, I had my entire kitchen packed by the time they got there.
Let me first start off by saying I am rating this company Best California Movers for a 74 year old friend of mine that hired this company to move him from Upland To Hemet. He set everything up with this company by phone when they called him based on me looking for movers for him on line. He was quoted a price of $276 for the move + $75 for gas. He said the movers were real good. On time and professional however when they went to have him sign the bill it was for $531. He was shocked.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE I wouldn’t wish our experience with this moving company on anyone. What was supposed to be a simple move in LA turned into a complete disaster that cost us thousands out of pocket, unimaginable stress, and days of chaos we’ll never get back. It started with their walkthrough, where they told us our belongings would only take up two-thirds of a truck. I had my doubts, but they assured us they knew what they were doing.

I did not utilize their services their phone representatives are rude tell you one price per hour and then change it when they give you the total amount I went from a $109 hr quote to changing it to $119 and then the total was super high and I asked them to break it down my hourly quote was changed to $169 When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told we don’t need a customer like you. The day I moved with this moving company my jewelry was stolen. The company swore it wasn’t their guys. One of the movers that I met with found me on social media. I think he’s taunting me with my jewelry. They took my grandmothers pearls. When I called to complain about it and see what could be done I was treated with disrespect. Don’t work with this company. Save your money and your jewelry.
I would not recommend this moving company. At first they were late by almost an hour which threw off my schedule for the day. And now that I have finally done unpacking, I discover some of my valuable stuff are missing, my expensive fridge …

My second time using this moving company. These 3 guys are true professionals. They came ready and moved everything so FAST into my new home. They disassembled and re assembled all bunk beds ,furniture, and ensured all my stuff was protected with zero scratches. They came in and did an efficient job and a rapid rate!!!
