Do NOT hire this company! When the man and the woman arrived at the storage facility where I had antique dining room set stored, I was standing outside waiting for them. As they drove by I could smell the odor of Marijuana coming from their car. They started removing the furniture from the storage unit. There was a mirror pooped up against two boxes. The guy grabbed one of the boxes and moved it before I could say anything. The mirror slid to the floor and and as a result fell out of the frame.
Michael, We are sorry to hear you had a horrible experience while moving. We believe you hired a company off U-Haul by the name of Allstar ASAP Movers. We are not on the U-Haul site. We are Allstar Moving and Delivery.
Great prices, however when something is damaged beware they will only give you 60 cents per pound of the damaged item. They moved my $1400 mattress and because they stood it up it is now doubled over itself and unusable. I called mattress company and they said that any reputable moving company would know that mattresses these days have pocketed coils and have to lay flat or be tacoed ( folded in half) thru doorways or this could happen.
Sir, you told us your mattress was $700, not $1400. Please don’t use false information to try to amplify your opinion. As the mattress company told you, the shifting of the gel is covered under warranty. We assume you did not get a warranty. Therefore, we came up with another solution.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Do not use this company unless you are able to move your items yourself to speed up the process and avoid being charged $120/hour extra. I was told that I was getting a "special" for $99 for 2 hours and I was assured that it would be done in that time frame. The movers were 2 hours late. It then took them 3 hours and I was hit with an additional hourly rate. The office staff was not helpful in correcting or even explaining themselves.
Ms. Howlet, We apologize for any inconvenience during your transition. After reviewing your file, three hours is not bad considering your move. You moved from a second floor apartment to a storage that was on the third floor.
Professionalism is my only complaint with this company. Weather conditions did play a part but just basic communication wasn’t there and at least if there’s a disconnect small compensation could be warranted but was denied. I never got to use the service so hopefully others won’t experience what I did.
LeVon, We believe you have reviewed the wrong company. Did you book a company through U-Haul? If so, that is not us. Their name is Allstar Asap Movers. We are Allstar Moving and Delivery. Please remove this review as it does not reflect our company.
They leave things behind and didn’t bring my quality clothes back to me!! SMH never again! Plus the price has went up and the quality of the company is going down! There were a white and black man and they were cursing and smoking!! Worse experience ever!!!
Free game, We believe you reviewed the wrong company. Our prices are the same as they were when we started 12 years ago. Also, we would never take/keep your clothes. Our office never received any complaint of these matters as we would have addressed them.
EVERYTHING WENT OK BUT SOMEHOW THE BASE OF MY TV STAND GOT BROKEN & I WAS TOLD A NEW ONE WOULD BE ORDERED & COMING IN ON 4/2/2018. NO ONE CALLED ME SO I CALLED ON 4/4/2018 TO BE TOLD THAT THE BASE WAS IN & SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME ON TODAY, 4/5/2018 AROUND NOON. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE & I WILL NOT CALL THEM ANYMORE. IF I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE IN A FEW DAYS, I WILL BE REPORTING THEM FOR NOT KEEPING THEIR WORD. PLUS THEY WENT OVER MY 2 HOURS WITHOUT ASKING ME IF I WAS WILLING TO GO OVER 2 HOURS.
Gloria, As we told you yesterday, your TV stand has come in. We will be sending someone out this afternoon to put your stand on. As for the time, it’s hard for the guys to watch the clock along with moving.
I am very glad so many people had good moving experiences however I did not. I'd heard such wonderful things about All Star, I knew that's who I would use when I was ready to move. Apparently both movers were in training or trained themselves. Moving blankets were hardly used. Of course several pieces of my furniture is now scratched also chipped. When I notified All Star they were going to notify a company they work with th repair my furniture and call me back...yeah right.
Sandra, We apologize you did not have an ALLSTAR experience and for any miscommunication. The crew you had is always raved about by many. They’ve been in the moving industry for years. Unfortunately, accidents do happen. The picture we received from you had very light blemishes.
I used them several years ago to move my mom. Awesome. My friend used them to move from a house to a 2nd floor apt. Awesome! Today!! It took them 6 hours to move the exact amount of items that she had in the apartment move. She had since moved to a house, had not made any purchases so she was moving the same furniture!! 6 hours! There are still items left that she will have to move herself. And for $120 an hour, I think folding a moving blanket can wait. (About blew my mind on that one).

Highly recommend! My Nashville movers took 3 hours and Allstar took 1 when I arrived. This was my third time using them and each time they have been on time, worked quickly, been friendly and scheduling is always easy and accommodating! They also have great communication. Grit and grind baby!!

I liked the2 guys that moved me. They was very professional and took care of business. A week or 2 later my son had bed bugs. It came from that truck with there paddings. Before I moved in Terminix treated my home inside and out. I did a thorough cleaning before I moved in because my son has allergy. Mine you his mattress is 1yr and 2months old. Never had that problem with any kind of bugs. This was my first time using a moving company of all my years of moving. Never had this problem with Uhaul trucks.
They made my move a breeze!! Very fast, great price and took great care of my items during the move. Highly recommend I will definitely use them for my next move!

A few days notice they were able to move my family member from there house to a storage unit until we can get there house in florida setup. Jd and jp were the best employees with great attitudes, respect for my family and there funiture,beds,etc. I couldnt ask for a better transaction for moving!! I will be using them again to load from storage to a uhaul so I can drive it to Florida!!
