Be aware of this company. I’ve used them 3 times, and the last move was a disaster! They were an hour late, and it took them 3 hours to load the truck despite everything being packed & ready to go. One mover barely worked, wasting time while my daughter and I had to help. Once at the storage unit, they unloaded in just 30 minutes, which raised my suspicion about their efficiency. I noticed some of my shoes were hidden behind other items that I could not get to (because of how they packed it), which seemed odd.
We are deeply concerned by the recent review that inaccurately associates AllState Movers with allegations of theft. We want to clarify that AllState Movers was in no way involved in the incident referenced, nor are we responsible for or … More
I was dissapointed with the process. Showed up late, took their time and consistently needed to provide drinks becasue they came unprepaired for the heat. I would not recommend. Slight edit, this is what these people do apparently. That's why they have 5 stars only. They don't like a review then try toget it removed. They did move me for sure and I have the Zelle report to prove it. Watch out! Shady bussiness!

I had an amazing experience with AllState Movers Dfw’s moving service! I was struggling to find a mover willing to transport just one recliner chair from the ground floor to the third floor, but Brandon stepped in and handled it with professionalism and ease. He was punctual, communicated clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Not only did he move the furniture efficiently, but he also assembled it, unpacked everything, and even took the trash and boxes with him.

If I could give 10 stars I would. These guys handled all my belongings with extra care. The way they wrapped up the furniture and even suggested put some things in boxes to fill them up so we wouldn’t make so many trips. They are quick, efficient, friendly at a quality price. We have moved over 5 times in the last 10 years. This was the first and the only time where we were smiling after. They are the most professional guys who know what they are doing. We had a little more stuff than they anticipated and they politely brought it up and respectfully asked for more money. We were so impressed with the way they handled the situation. I had a great experience with Brandon and Allstate Movers. The communication was great before, during and after the move. I appreciate the speed in which they worked while still showing care and consideration to the items to ensure they were wrapped well, reassempled, placed well, all the way down to how the placed the boxes to be stored.
