Horrible experience. Hired New Beginnings to take a couple rooms of furniture and highly sentimental possessions from Texas to Colorado. They subcontracted to a 3rd party with out telling us. The third party had no insurance and the truck and trailer with all of our belongings got stolen. NB did give us our deposit back but we lost over $25,000 in items plus some emotionally valuable items. New Beginnings lied to us, baited and switched moving companies and didn't let us know the other group had no insurance.
If I could, I would rate 0 stars, but I rate 1 star as they were on time. This review is in regard to my move on Oct 22, I was away from the apartment to pick up the keys for our new location, but my very adult son was there to greet them. First, they arrived with a very dirty, small U-Haul truck and were taken aback by the amount of boxes and furniture to be moved, thus the truck was really to small for the job. So, two trips were necessary, but they cramped the boxes in first, then furniture.

I am extremely disappointed because I hired this company a few weeks before my move. Nobody showed up and excuse was overbooked with new office staff. They have no problems taking my deposit quickly though! Now comes another moving company …

They treated my items with great care, and moved things with precision not causing any damage especially since we have marble floors. This was my second time moving with New Beginnings, and once again the service was excellent. Alex and Robinson were professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care. They worked quickly while making sure all of my items were well protected. I would absolutely recommend them.

I had the pleasure of working with New Beginnings DFW Movers, and I highly recommend them! There were three movers, and the price was excellent; it’s actually cheaper than what I found for only two movers with other companies. They were incredibly fast, organized, and efficient. They first helped us empty our storage unit, then met us at our other location to pick up the remaining items and move everything to our new place. We were all amazed at how quickly they got everything done.
