Edit 11/10/24 - it’s been 2 months and we’re still finding items that were obviously mishandled and damaged by the movers we had. I had a large bin with music equipment, and I finally started setting everything back up and found that all my equipment was repositioned, despite how properly I packed. I had foam isolation pads for my studio monitors that were absolutely crushed, a sign of significant droppage.

The movers arrived on time and completed the move, but the follow-up regarding damage was disappointing. During the move, my wood ottoman was scratched. I pointed it out immediately and was told there was nothing they could do because I had signed a form stating I did not want my furniture wrapped. While this was discussed, most of my furniture—including the ottoman—was still wrapped, yet it was still damaged.

Complete disaster of an experience. Movers failed to properly wrap and transport my expensive furniture causing SIGNIFICANT damage to thousand dollar pieces. Chipping, scratches, dents... I cannot even fathom how furniture can be damaged to the extent it was without them having thrown it around on purpose. They either intentionally destroyed my property or acted recklessly, with a complete and utter lack of regard for my belongings.

First I would like to say this was my second time booking them. 1st time had no issues. I booked them for a Sunday move with a window of 8am-3pm with a promise of communication of a more specific time. I had to call at 8am to get that because I received zero communication. Finally got a callback at 8:30am that it would be between 11am-3pm then I got a call back at 12:30pm that they were running behind and it would be closer to 3pm.
Would NEVER Recommend this company. Scheduled a move for July 1st in the 8-3pm time frame with a move not even 10 miles down the street. I was told I would get an email the day before the move with a smaller window time frame. 530pm rolls around the day before with no email. I call the company and they tell me my window is 11am-3pm. Day of July 1st I get a call from the crew at 2:40pm saying they’ll be at my location around 3:30 or 4 at the latest.
My move was scheduled a month prior and all details were discussed The first showing was a guy in a dually truck with a horse trailer and the make up was 3 guys and a box truck! They immediately started complaining stating the travel …
