In their own words
I regret to write this review, but I feel compelled to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent move from Dallas to Houston. Initially, the owner of the company assured me that he would personally oversee the moving process. However, the day before the move, he canceled and informed me that he wouldn't be present, but he would send his best team instead. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of my expectations.
They are HORRIBLE I moved this past weekend with “umovefree” apartment locators and had the worse experience ever! They do not know how to properly wrap mattresses and sadly I had to inform one of the guys to wrap my mattress in plastic they were just gonna carry it out no wrapping and put on the truck . In my new apartments we have elevators and they Left my boxes on the elevators to go and grab more no telling what filth /germs or bugs were on the elevators and floors.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had with so called professional movers. The movers by the name of Michael and Oliver arrived 10 minutes early and as I began giving them directions on how to get into the apartment Michael began aggressively speaking to me and telling me Im not making any sense. I was a little shocked at his demeanor but I continued explaining the layout of the building. He rolled his eyes and made gestures to indicate he was frustrated.
I reached out to Home Movers LLC through their ad to ask two very simple questions: their local moving prices and what forms of payment they accept. Unfortunately, they never responded to either question. After waiting several hours with no response, I followed up again and still received nothing. If a company is advertising moving services but cannot answer basic customer inquiries or communicate with potential clients, it raises concerns about reliability and professionalism.
Would not recommend at all. Final pricing did not match quoted rate, movers were on their phones frequently during service and seemed to intentionally be dragging out process. They took twice as long to move a mile as a different company …
I used this company for my move it was $1400 which is fine however they broke my 55inch that’s usually in our bedroom. If it was an old tv I would’ve been fine and just bought a new one but this tv was less than a year old. I’ve filed a …

In their own words
At the recommendation of my realtor I arranged for my 4 bedroom home belongings to be transported from Texas to Colorado. We packed up the smaller things. Williams team prepared all the furniture. I was very impressed with the care they used in wrapping. Loading went very efficiently and on time. Delivery to our new home was on schedule and accomplished in a timely manner. Everything was delivered in excellent shape. I was amazed everything made it totally intact.
These guys are the best. They came in to save the day for me when my original movers cancelled on me last minute on moving day. The communication was great and they were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for movers .
I’m telling you what, these guys are top notch. I kept saying to my family, these guys are unreal. It took two semi trucks to move us and they didn’t let the TEXAS heat slow them down. Other than to stop and eat right quick, these guys pushed hard all day. We have a lot of antique furniture that requires delicate care and these guys wrapped everything and moved everything with such caution and care.
I've known William for literally 22 years. I am in the Real Estate business and first met him when he had like one little trailer and him. I referred him dozens of timey to clients,s friends, and my Family, He's moved me a few times thru the years also, Best movers ever! Always on time, hard working, reliable and reasonable! Deftly call them to do your move. Tell em Mr. Robinson sent ya! You won't be disappointed.
