In their own words
"I will never use this company again. The movers were professional and pleasant to work with, but the owner, Mike, is a different story. He operates a moving business without a reliable way to track the exact times his movers arrive and leave. I was quoted a price range of $575-650 for a 3-hour move. The movers called me at 10:22 am to inform me of their arrival time. However, when they arrived, they had trouble finding parking and didn't reach my unit until around 10:30 am.
We chose this company for the lower price, but it turned into a frustrating experience. They arrived nearly three hours late, and one mover seemed hungover. A job that should have taken six hours stretched into ten, costing us more. We needed furniture re-anchored for our toddler’s safety and paid in advance for that service. They left the anchoring materials at the old house and promised to return, but never did.
I'm only leaving 1 star because they do not give the option to leave a ZERO. They loaded everything onto the moving truck gently as they should, on the way to our new home their moving truck Broke Down on the side of the freeway with all of our items in it, but WE HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND THIS OUT wondering why it's taking them 1hr to get to a location that was only 25mins away.
If you are looking for affordable movers that will do it in a timely manner and not damage your stuff they are good but I will say it depends on who they send you. I have used them 3 times already. I had some boxes and miscellaneous things missing and I thought i misplaced them, no it’s another review on here saying the same thing. I looked everywhere for things I know I packed because I was determined to use and keep these things.
Extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend. They did not wrap the book shelves and mattresses, and did not disassemble the bed frames despite requesting. Tried to move the whole assembled bed frame over the stair case railing and chipped …
I would not recommend using this moving company at all. When I scheduled this company to help me move from one home (3 bed 2 bath), into another (3 bed 2 bath), I was quoted 3 guys for 4hours. They thought it would be a good idea to only …
USE SOMEONE ELSE!! If I could give zero stars, I would. My fiance wrote a review, but I feel the need to also post one. They tried to cancel on me around 9:30 the NIGHT BEFORE. …
Not the experience we expected. Especially being from the real estate industry. Large move to our storage facility and we thought the three movers were up to the task. …
