My husband being a n Army Vet and have done many moves we have never had such a bad experience. We did a partial pack thinking if we packed stuff too it would be cheaper, nope it cost more plus all the materials they said we needed and was charged for was way to much. They broke the leg off my grandparents antique table they packed. They left my husband’s deer mounts at the warehouse and got them finally a week later.
Just wanted to get a quote. It was expensive and Juan was rude, impersonal and unhelpful. He did not discuss my situation or try to work with me.

Good afternoon, Amar Kalburgi, I am responding to your feedback because the statement provided is inaccurate. We never contacted you or entered into any agreement. You directly communicated with Bellhop, your primary moving company, with whom you signed a contract and discussed rates.
Called for an estimate and the man hung up on me after I asked if he had insurance. He stated a rate of $460. for first two hours. Obviously, I did not use.

This is the first time I've ever written a review. But, I have never received such exceptional service -- and I NEVER expected to have such a positive experience with a moving company. Everything about my experience with Ally Moving deserves a 5+ rating. Getting the estimate is easy and hassle-free. They quoted a fair price. They communicated precise arrival/start times. The 4-man crew showed up on time. They were friendly, attentive. They took VERY GOOD care of my furniture and household goods.
Felipe, Escalante and Anderson did an excellent job moving my aunt’s entire place. They packed and wrapped all of the rooms’ supplies, TVs, living room and bedroom furniture with care and made sure everything was where we wanted it. They moved pretty quickly given that we had a lot!!! This saved us hours of hard labor and gives us time to unpack with ease. I use their service before and will use them again. Bring cash because so you dont have to pay there 5% fee.
I had the best movers!! Marlon, Anderson and Rafael were a wonderful team. They were polite and respectful. They worked so well together to get my stuff on the truck. I have a King size Sleep Number Bed that had to be taken apart and then put back together. All of the bells and whistles with this bed work just as good as before it was taken apart!!. There was a snafu tho. I was on the PA turnpike doing the speed limit of 70 mph and had a problem with controlling my car.
I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience. Milton, Marlon, and Anderson were friendly, professional, and worked so efficiently from the moment they arrived. They took great care of my furniture and boxes, and everything made it to my new home without a single issue. They made my most anxiety filled day feel easy! They were was organized, respectful, and clearly experienced. I’m so glad I chose Ally Moving LLC, and I would definitely use them again.
