I had a move scheduled with a different moving company this past weekend. Despite the fact that I reserved the elevator in my apartment for my move, another tenant in the building hired Town & Country movers to move him out of his apartment at the same time. I explained to him that I had reserved this time for the move, which meant his movers had to park further away from the building.

Definitely the worst and not responsible NOT RECOMMENDED. We moved less than a month ago. We hired this company to move our furniture and bigger items. They BROKE OUR NEW TELEVISION. Our TV was less than two years old. They did not take any responsibility for their damages.
I had a walk through scheduled and nobody showed up for it. I tried to call - no answer. I tried to leave a voicemail but their inbox is full. Very poor customer service.
Town & Country Movers just blocked my driveway with their truck today without a care in the world. They were doing a job at my neighbor's house and had plenty of room to pull their truck forward so it wouldn't block my driveway, or better yet, they could have pulled their truck to block HER driveway instead but they callously chose not too. The workers showed absolutely no concern.

These guys will block the entrances to neighboring houses, preventing homeowners from using their garages for a full day, and tell you that they’re allowed to do so when the HOA by-laws and property management company clearly say it isn’t. They’ll also tell you that they’ll move their truck whenever you need to come in and out of your garage to get to work, run errands, or pick up your kids from school, but literally the first time you try to get back in your garage, they say they’ll only move one more time that…

Beware Go elsewhere.. Town and Country are not the moving company you want. They do not stand behind damaging your items! Look at the fine print of your contract. Don't sign the moving slip, it will come back to bit you. Even iif you get …
Blocking other people occupying units to enter, obstructing parking causing cars to park irregularly, also left pee on the toilet seat…. Treat facilities as well as you do your customers. Do better guys.

We recently used Town & Country Movers for a very important move. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Our project manager, Carolina, was absolutely wonderful. She was calm, reassuring, responsive, and incredibly organized throughout the entire process. Moving is stressful under the best of circumstances, and in our case we were relocating an elderly friend, so her patience and professionalism meant more than I can say. Giovanni and his team made our move today so much easier than we ever expected. They were incredibly efficient — everything moved quickly and smoothly without ever feeling rushed or careless. I wanted to commend the excellent squad of movers we had last week! They were the strongest, hardest working set of men we've ever seen. Carrying heavy gym equipment and multiple boxes at a time was no problem for any of them, and it was impressive to watch. It was a long day for everyone, complete with a rain delay, and the guys were cheerful and helpful throughout. We had an excellent experience with Town & Country!
