DO NOT CALL THESE CLOWNS!!! I booked them 2 weeks in advance for a small 2 bedroom apartment move from north Nanaimo to a storage locker. They were supposed to show up at 9:30am. 11am rolls around and we called "owner" of this apparent reputable company to hear they were 2 hours behind. He said they were on the way.. 1pm comes and goes and I called back. Obviously at this point I was getting a bit agitated as he was 4 hours late and we had no other options to move us as this was 2pm on the last day of the month!

Terrible experience. Rude, unprofessional, and very slow. We will never use this company again. The 2 guys complained the whole time. They also broke items, including a couch, and dented a wall. When we spoke to the owner, he blamed us and wrote this nasty text message... "i said give me TWO days before i can reach out to you. he did a 1 star google review the next day! which defeats the purpose of my call! your packin and move readiness was pathetic. and you didnt even offer a glass of water.

Many articles broken, very inexperienced packers,leather furniture was not wrapped so is all scratched and stained, mattresses were not wrapped, company will not contact and discuss settlement, very unprofessional, DO NOT HIRE OR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY...you will regret it if you do.....
Hello please leave specifics of when and where you used our services. One of our competitors have been leaving 1 Star reviews with fake google accounts that have two letters in the name.
We used this company in 2015. Never again! They lost/ broke things, refused to pay for lost and damaged items. When reported to their "management" we were to take it up BBB. I wrote the review; the move was under my wife's name H. Chapman. Now check your files.

Very bad customer service, refused to move the truck when it blocked a business, and the person running the whole thing was very rude and not helpful. The hired foreman was aggressive and verbally taunting.
I am sorry for the mistake but we had a permit to be there and were hired by someone to get the job done quick and efficient. It is unfortunate that this upset you however we encourage people to only leave reviews if they actually use our service!

Best quote. 2 very hard movers arrived on time, took care with my things, wrapped up cabinets, mattress etc., and had my 1 bdrm place all packed up and in their truck by 11:30. Firstly, a huge thank you to all the guys moving us today. It was pouring rain, we had two households combining into one and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. It was a long day for everyone but remained in good spirits and laughs were a plenty. They arrived on time, took care with our belongings and were very personable. These guys are awesome ! If I could give them 6 stars I would . They recently moved me and my wife from Vancouver island to Alberta . They went above and beyond in protecting our furniture and fragile items . Wrapped everything properly and did a fantastic job in moving our things . Never complained once and we had quite a bit of stuff . Everything arrived UN damaged and in perfect condition . I highly recommend this company . Thanks again guys !!
