So very disappointed in this company. I had hoped for a stressless move for my mom, dad, and I. Dad had a stroke a few months ago and mom and I are 2 broken older women, mom with both knees replaced (75 years old) and me at 56 with fibromyalgia and bad arthritis. Not in the cards with this company!! Quoted one price and took WAY too long to move 2 storage lockers of our belongings. I offered pictures of the lockers to get an idea of the items needing to be moved. Was told not needed.

Excellent service from start to finish. Even though my move was relatively small, the team treated it with the same care and professionalism as a larger move. They were punctual, efficient, and handled my belongings carefully. Highly recommend!
We had an outstanding experience with New Level Movers! From the very beginning, Jason was fantastic to work with. He provided us with a very accurate estimate for our move, which made planning so much easier and left us with no surprises. On moving day, Matthew, Jackson, and Dante were absolutely incredible. They were professional, hardworking, efficient, and treated our belongings with great care.
I cannot thank Jason at New Level Movers enough for his help. My cousin strongly recommended them to me, and I had been in touch with Jason for over a month to coordinate our upcoming move. Due to my own oversight, I completely forgot to confirm the final booking until the very morning before the move. Even though the situation was entirely my fault and the booking had lapsed, Jason was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to help me out.
You've heard the saying, "No job too small!" Well, if you are not moving a house or apartment, New Level Movers can be an excellent choice. When I called around for estimates for our few items, but heirloom/heavy things to be moved - one said minimum four hours, another said three hours. Jay said they can work on the basis of a minimum 2 hours, and we saved at least $100.
