My apartment building is being remodeled and management hired them to move my stuff to an on-site storage pod. Although they moved my things efficiently and quickly, they did not do the same for my upstairs neighbor. The bigger of the 2 men stood there and yelled at both of us on her moving day about the condition of her apartment and whether or not a couch can be thrown in the trash container, which it couldn't. He told us he was going to burn his clothes when he was done and he actually called her trash.
Shame on the way people live have respect for people when they provide service we had to deal with cat piss mice droppings to the point management was notified nobody should have to deal with that not normal
A truck from this company almost hit my family after running a stop sign. When I called the company they blamed my family and hung up on me. Obviously they employ reckless drivers and don’t hold them accountable and can’t imagine handling incidents in a professional manner Editing because there’s not a way for me to reply to the insane response they left. I actually don’t need to respect anyone who puts people in danger.
You need to respect commercial drivers
If I could give a negative score I would but it's not an option. I had nothing to do with hiring this company my apartment complex manager did so I cannot comment on that. My horrible experience was dealing with the actual movers. These two people were the rudest, most disrespectful, condescending, arrogant and I have no desire to ever hire them or recommend for anything.
Never moved you
I'm sorry I can't give them less than a one star. Booked them for a move over the phone, confirmed via text all information and they cancelled after trying to increase their rate after initial quote. Super shady and unprofessional. Worst moving company I've ever used! Do NOT recommend. I did not ask for anything for free I just asked how much of an increase. Below are the screen shots between Aloo Movers and myself.
Some people want to get moved for free it's not going to happened find another company we didn't move her because of things like this
I had a day and time scheduled and Marcus never showed. He kept texting me to push the time back. They were supposed to be here at 8:30 am and 2:30 Marcus canceled altogether . Luckily my buyers weren't expecting possession today and another moving company can do it tomorrow. Aloo Moving is extremely unprofessional. Do not use them under any circumstance. I learned the hard way!
Fake
How you have so many good reviews is beyond me.. unprofessional is an understatement. Learn to take accountability for your actions and humble yourself, that’s what makes a great business owner. Not being cocky and refusing to hold yourself and your employees accountable. Trash business tactics.

Working with Mr.Jenkins and his team was absolutely amazing. His professionalism was unmatched from start to finish. He remained in clear communication with me via email, arrived early the day of my move, and packed my furniture in overdrive throughout the day. His team was polite and careful, not one item was damaged on my long distance move from Louisville to Evansville. I cannot recommend Aloo Movers enough. You will not be disappointed!!! They were *excellent*! Very quick, efficient, and made sure everything was wrapped up and protected. Very nice! Great rate, and the price did not change much at all from estimate to final. If I ever had to move to or from the area again (which I hope I never have to), and I needed movers, I'd hire them again.

Im changing my rating from 1 star to 4 because the move was indeed good until my bed was damaged. Marcus and his cousin are hard workers, they are quick and efficient for the most part. My husband died July 5, 2024 and due to disabilities I could no longer manage the property my husband and I had in the rural area of Eddyville, KY, two months after my husband died, I hired Aloo Moving company and trusted that the move would be a good one. The move was going fine until my sleep number bed was damaged.
Lies and you won't gain anything from its a when people try to get over on a company that always do there best to complete work it's a shame stop with false reviews and move on some of people hate the fact that we are 5 stars and nothing less say what you like
In this day and age which we live professionalism has become a rarity. Every once and a great while you might stumble across someone like Aloo Moving and Marcus Jenkins. Marcus responded almost immediately to any inquirers I had, showed-up on-time with a smile and friendly demeanor. His helper was excellent. Very nice and professional young man. My friends told me I would never get all my possessions on the 16ft. truck I rented to move out-of-state.
