The rating breakdown
1 of the 41 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Alpha Movers are one or two star.
Worked out from 41 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
horrible customer service over the phone. Extremely rude and don’t help me at all and told me to go to u-haul movers instead
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Alpha Movers did a great job moving our belongings. They showed up on time, communicated well and treated us with kindness and respect. When part of our dryer needed a replacement clamp for proper installation Michael made a trip to the store to get the clamp and hooked up the dryer on his own time. A couple days after our move, he came back to move a heavy safe that I was unable to lift (once again, on his own time for no additional payment). These are good people, hard working and generous to customers.
Shelly , you have the most well behaved and participating families . Congrats on your new home. It is so beautiful. Thank you for the recognition and the chance to earn your business. … More
Best movers I’ve ever used! They were so careful with my belongings and showed up with a smile which helped tremendously because when you’re moving, it’s so stressful! They took all the stress away and went above and beyond! I would recommend them to anyone looking for not only a great rate but friendly service! Next move..I know who I’m calling!! Thanks guys, you were awesome!!!!
We're pleased that we succeeded in making your move stress-free, Brittany! Your generous remarks about our team's attentive care of your belongings and friendly service are deeply appreciated. Thanks for your recommendation. Don't hesitate to contact us whenever you are in need.
I wish I could give Alpha Movers 10 stars! Mike and his team are the best! I manage a specialty veterinary team and needed help moving equipment. Mike and his team were on time and helped to move expensive medical equipment with care. They were very friendly, professional and made sure to take care of our floors moving the heavy items. We called him for a second difficult job and he went out of his way again to help us problem solve and store a commercial washer and dryer.
Thank for continuing to support our small but local family business Lynn! We enjoy moving all of your specialty items like your sensitive medical equipment and of course your enormous and heavy equipment as well!
Last week was the second time that I’ve used Mike & his crew. Again, they came thru in a pinch & did an amazing job! Ryan & Mike arrived early, worked efficiently & professionally. We relocated to my new office in less than an hour, including traffic! I have recommended Alpha Movers to friends & family for all their moving needs. Local, cross town, cross country or heavy items in your home. They have you covered! You can thank me later!
We're happy to know you had an excellent experience with Mike, Ryan, and our crew! We're also thankful for your referrals. We are always a call away for any future services.
