It takes a lot for me to give a bad review! I used them before for my kids last year and the owner and help was great. I even referred them out after that in Feb. I used them in early March and the 2 guys that came were late, had to be told repeatedly what to move, asked repeatedly what else as if not wanting to move, and then completely scratched up a piece of furniture that one of them was seen trying to invert to move and then tried to tell me it was there when I questioned it.

I have to say that we loved using Ryan's company for our first two moves. They were great, but our last (third) move was less than ideal. When they loaded our moving truck (it was an out of state move), they were careless with our items. Items were packed without enough blankets (we had excess that they could have utilized), items were leaned up against each other and a marble table rubbed against something else. Our bedroom set has wood chunks missing, as well as deep scratches.
We’re sorry to hear you’re still dissatisfied with your experience. We take concerns like this seriously and want to clarify a few important details for accuracy. Our crew arrived fully equipped with protective materials, including blankets and straps.
The move went fine until we later realized that they kept some of our important possessions and didn't even return the call regarding the issue. Don't trust them!!

Ryan and his team did a fantastic job making sure our belongings were cared for during our recent move from Castle Rock to Northern Colorado Springs. They were thoughtful and communicative throughout and went the extra mile in allowing us to borrow a few of their moving blankets to protect some of our most important items when we found out we were not going to be able to move into our home right away.
We had a great experience with this moving company! They moved my boyfriend and me from Castle Rock to Denver, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and handled both the loading and unloading with care. Everything arrived in perfect condition with no issues at all. They were also very communicative throughout the move, which made the whole experience stress-free.
I would highly recommend Keep Moving Forward. I recently had two difficult moves, one in-state and one out-of-state. They were on time and handled everything with such care and empathy. All of the employees were so nice and worked very efficiently - so professional! I have already recommended them to others and will definitely call them in the future for any moving needs!
