Stay away! They quoted a price that was half what they ended up charging, broke our TV, and didn’t tape any of the hardware for the furniture they took apart so when we moved into our new place, we couldn’t put anything back together. My standing desk does not work at all without the missing pieces. The second koving company we hired to move out of storage to our new house was able to quote correctly no problem and didn’t break anything.

I scheduled this company and they took my money, didn’t call or show up. I would not recommend this company to anyone! EVER! My lease was up on the 3rd and so I scheduled them for the 2nd. I had to take off an additional day, come up with more money and schedule another moving company within 24 hours. I called over 20 times and left several voice messages. No one ever called back or returned any of my calls and they kept my money! Yes! I am out of $290+!

EDITED: Replying two years after the incident happened with "we've tried to get a hold of you" isn't accountability, its the same moving the blame on to the customer that was present two years ago when my dozen calls went unanswered. If anything, after two years, this shows the same lack of ownership that was present when my piano was dropped. ------- Pick any other piano mover. Piano movers have literally one job, not to drop your piano.
Hey Michael, we would love to get to the bottom of this for you. This piano was placed on a padded piano board. We have tried to get a hold of you multiple time to get to the bottom of the issue but have been unsuccessful reaching you.
Beware. Hired to move furniture and refrigerator from first floor to basement. Two guys arrived, no ID, no tools, no dollies. Scratched up arms of two brand new imported recliners. Sent them away before minimum hours were completed. Was told I'd have to pay prior to a damage claim being filed with their insurer. Paid full amount, called six times receiving a promise an adjuster would call, never heard from them.
I booked these guys for a move. They did not show up for the move and did not return calls, texts or online communications. Fortunately, unlike the others I did not pay in advance for the move. Do not waste your time with this company. Edit: You'll see they responded 3 months ago to my review which was 6 years ago, and seemed to be replying to Randy, whoever that is. They're still far from great.
Randy it was because you did not sign the estimate to schedule and approve all the charges. We called and called to get this taken care of and you were unreachable.
They did not load my road bike properly and it was damaged in the move. The manager told me to take a picture and send to him so he could pay me for the damages. I never heard from him again even though I called and emailed him several times. Take responsibility for your actions.
