In their own words
IHaul was incredible. From ease of appointment to responsiveness to questions to the big day, absolute professionals. Emmett and Cameron arrived right on time with a quick call in advance. They were fast, courteous and handled all of my items with care. 10/10 would use again and recommend to anyone.
Heather, thank you so much! We love hearing that everything went smoothly from the first phone call all the way through moving day. The crew will be happy to hear they made such a great impression. Thanks for trusting us with your move!
Thanks so much to them team for making my move the easiest part of my day! They handled everything super fast while also taking amazing care of all my things. I know I just had a short move up the road but having a team that provides good communication and quality service was really a load off my shoulders. Thanks again! I will definitely be booking again if I ever need moving services.
Teri, thank you so much! Whether you’re moving across town or just up the road, moving day is still moving day. 😄 We’re glad the crew took a load off your shoulders and made it the easiest part of your day. We really appreciate your trust and would love to help again anytime! …
The iHaul guys were efficient and did a great job with all the protecting of furniture. They were all respectful and interacted with me, my wife and my kids in a professional and courteous manner. Great job, guys!
Rick, thank you so much! We’re glad the crew took great care of your furniture and treated your whole family with the respect you deserve. We really appreciate you trusting us with your move!
Kenny and Shane were absolutely amazing. They navigated tight stair cases (3rd floor apartment to another 3rd floor apartment) with heavy furniture. They were amazing from start to finish. They showed true professionalism and respect for our belongings. Even though it was hot they continued with a smile on their faces. I will always use this company if this is how their employees are. I work in Senior Living and they will be #1 on our people to refer to! Thank you so much guys!
Thank you, Amanda! Hearing you’ll use us again is already a huge compliment, but knowing you’d also feel comfortable referring the seniors and families you work with really means a lot. We’ll make sure Kenny and Shine see your shoutout. They earned this one!
