When I first came up here to get a sectional I was told that the full price with taxes and everything would be 2900 I am finding out today that they’re charging me 4151 they ripped me off and lied so bad do not use them I will never use them again and I talked so highly of them in the beginning.

Went to various stores and saw they sold the same couches for a fraction of the price. The staff is also very pushy which makes the overall shopping experience very unenjoyable. Update: Recently shopped around and noticed they sell the same items as bigger stores like AFW, but claim to sell better quality items despite the product being from the same exact manufacturers at times.. It also seems like the owner tries to ensure all bad reviews are changed or taken down.

We get here. They’re not wheelchair accessible at all instead of the lady offering to go back and take a picture and show me the things they got or letting me know that they are not wheelchair accessible. She proceeded to guide us to the back to look at only two options of bed frames While forcing me to literally squeeze in between furniture and stairwells not OK.

I posted a subpar review previously and shortly after, the owner called me begging me to remove and change the review - reluctantly I did. Our couch and loveseat set are only a few years old now and after multiple complaints and continued failed repairs we will be replacing them with quality products. They may look and feel good initially but when you actually see how these units are manufactured you will be shocked and know the quality is just not there. Nice folks but very poor quality…..

Terrible quality…refused to take the $1800 mattress back when we expressed to the owner that we were not satisfied. He said we needed to wait 60 days to make sure that the bed was sufficient used for break-in. The mattress was lumpy upon arrival and now that we’ve had it over 60 days it is still uncomfortable, and we are dissatisfied. Would not recommend or shop there again.

Very deceiving ad. Says they have sectionals for 590$ and up but the smallest couch is 590 and the rest are 3000$. Waste of time and gas to drive there. Just go to American furniture

We purchased couches here, and they've started falling apart, they don't hold up like real leather. The quality is terrible, and we definitely wouldn’t buy from this store again.

My friend recommended BoxDrop for my new mattress and I am so happy she did! Everybody was super kind and helpful, and nobody tried to upsell us. The owner, Carl I believe, took the time to introduce himself to us. Chase (also goes by Mr. Cheese) did a great job of finding the perfect mattress while not standing over our shoulders while we talked it through. We ended up with a great quality mattress for a very reasonable price and are feeling good about life!

As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted and welcomed. The owner extended a warm welcome and steered us toward the furniture we were looking for. He proceeded with measuring the sofa we were looking at and explaining all its features and qualities. We found exactly what we were looking for. There were two other employees and I noticed that every customer that came through the door were treated with courtesy and a warm welcome by all staff.
