NO SHOWED... Scheduled appointment for an estimate-- blocked out my day to show the movers what I need to move. Never showed. Called 10 mins after appointment was to begin and "Rich" acted like I was putting him out. Then pretended we didn't speak days earlier. If this is what they do for an estimate- imagine the Move!!
Very disappointed I heard a lot of good about this place but when I tried to set up a date it was impossible to get ahold of anyone and, when I did they couldn't give me an answer, said they would let me know,then I never heard back from them. Lost a customer!
Movers where professional however nearly every piece of furniture has scratches or broken pieces. They didn't wrap the mattresses so they have mud on them. They put heavy boxes on clearly marked fragile boxes and broke antique china that …

Rich saved the day! We had an emergency and had to move some things quick! He stopped by and gave me an estimate. He and His crew showed up the next day, moved everything, no damage! Quick, professional, and by far the most fair price in town! Highly recommend and will only use this company going forward !
These guys were awesome. Moving is never fun, but these guys made it so easy! They were responsive when i contacted them and they arrived on time. Will use them again!!!
10/10 recommend! These guys moved our entire house without breaking a sweat—or any of our stuff. (Ok the sweat part is a lie because I decided to move in July!!) They were fast, professional, and somehow made moving day way less painful than it had any right to be. They saved my back, my sanity, and possibly my marriage. If I ever move again (which I promised Rich and the guys I will never move again 🤞🏼) but if I do they’ll be my first call!
Castle Rock Moving Services provided a great moving experience from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. Their pricing was very affordable compared to other companies, and the level of service exceeded our expectations. They made a stressful move much easier, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers at a fair price!
