While I am happy all my stuff is moved, I had an overall bad experience with this company, mainly on the customer service side. They moved me on 28 Sep 19 and they broke a patio table top while moving the items and the worker said that they would replace it as it was clearly their fault. They left and failed to take the measurements in order to get a replacement. I called and they said they'd come over within the week to measure it. They never showed up.
This company doesn't even deserve a star at all. I had scheduled for a baby grand piano to be moved and was waiting for them to arrive at 10. When they didn't arrive I called to see where they were and they told me they were at my house for 20 plus mins knocking and ringing the doorbell which is a LIE! I spoke to the owner of the company and he was extremely rude and talked to me ugly, not to mention he hung up on me twice! When the movers did arrive they didn't even have the proper tools to disassemble my piano.
#fake news. Alpha Omega Movers was contracted to move a piano by another lady. This lady sold or gave the piano to the lady who contracted us to do the move. We were schedule to be there between 9:00-9:30 am. The movers showed up at 9:30 am.
My mother booked a date for them to come move are belongings, we were asked by Ben of how many rooms moving from and moving too. We were moving to a 4 bedroom to another 4 bedroom home. He had given a price of $190. On the day of the move only two guys showed up with the truck. When you have a 4 bedroom home of course there is going to be a lot of furniture pieces. So we were expecting at least 3-4 guys due to the amount of rooms we had previously stated when booking the date.

Do not use them.. This place is a big rip-off! They try and up the price if you don't have a quote and they charge for two hours even if it takes less time which they do not mention before hand. Will never use their service and I hope other people are careful. The movers showed up without masks and came an hour late. I attempted to contact the company and no answer. Very unprofessional...the reply says they tell you about the two fee but that's a lie..DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!
Chris when was your move date? When did you attempt to call the office? What was the name of the movers that showed up without a mask? We have only moved one person named Christian , and no one named Chris in the last two months.
Very, very disappointed. I called many places to inquire about cost for an in house move. We just needed to move furniture from upstairs to downstairs and vice versa. When talking to the owner I was told it was 89 an hour and he said I could pay with a debit card. When the men came, there were three men. They told me I had to pay for an extra man because the price only included 2 men. Then he added I believe a 60 dollar fee for travel. He also tells me I had a 5 percent charge for not paying with cash.
We did an internal move for Adrea Brown on 1/29/24. We charged her a flat rate fee of $200.00 to move some items from upstairs to downstairs with some disassembly/reassembly required. We only sent her a two man team. We did not charge any her extra fees for using a card.
Don't waste your time. I called yesterday to schedule service today. Spoke to a courteous gentleman who advised they had availability to move between 1:00pm and 2:00pm. I called at 12:30 to check the ETA since I was doing runs between the storage and my home. I was called back at 12:45 and advised that the truck was a little behind and that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to arrival and that I was the next stop. I thought, great... Gives me enough time to drive back and meet them at the storage.
We moved our entire home this weekend and it was not a good experience with this company. The young guys were great, especially Dominique. He was professional, fast and polite. The company, not so great. First of all, the window for arrival was 1-2pm.. they showed up at 3:45pm- with no call informing me they were running behind. THEN.. the truck was 'full' so they couldn't take all of our stuff. WHAT?!?!? Why would we hire movers if we could move it ourselves!?
Alpha Omega Movers is very sorry that you were unhappy with your move. We give our best try with what we have to work with. Your move was originally scheduled for 9:00-9:30 am. You or your wife rescheduled this move with not much time to plan at a very busy time.
Well, its like this... I made my appointment with Alpha Omega Movers about 3-4 weeks ago via phone. My wife and I called back 3-4 times before our move to verify the move date, and we had it confirmed. The day before the move was supposed to take place, I called myself to ensure they would be there and to verify the time. The time and date was verified and it seemed all was set in place and ready to go. Well, today, the day of the move, guess who didn't show up... That's right, Alpha Omega Movers didn't show up.

Best moving company around!! They moved my family from San Antonio to Corpus earlier this year on short notice and for a very reasonable price. The movers were friendly, professional, and fast! We have moved more times than I'd like to count, and we've never had such a great all-around experience with movers. They showed up when they said they would and not one of our items was damaged. We were so impressed that we are using them again for our next move later this month. I can't say enough good things about them!!

Pamela by email and Benjamin by phone are kind and professional, patiently answering all questions. A pre-move questionnaire is sent by email; the Company uses the completed form to estimate an approximate cost. There is an hourly charge for the movers and a flat $100 charge for the truck of the size used for the two moves.
