This was the absolute worst moving experience of my life. The man on the phone arranged for three men to come for this move and stated it would only take them four hours start to finish. I asked multiple times if he was certain that four hours was all that would be needed. The men were two hours late, showed up in an unmarked truck. The men were not wearing anything that indicated they worked for this company.

Horrible customer service. My 70 inch television arrived to my home with a broken screen. I sent pictures via text, just like I was told to by the owner. Never got a response back and my phone calls and texts were ignored. Everyone is better off going with another company than this poorly managed company. They couldn’t even acknowledge that it happened. Just horrible!! Also, they stripped multiple screws tearing down and rebuilding my son’s crib!

I have moved over a dozen times in my life and never have I seen such poor professionalism and behavior towards a client. After 2 hours they stopped responding to our phone calls about where they were and after 3 hours we were forced to call our brokerage. They were also disrespectful to the brokerage and now 4 hours later we have no movers and a 24 ft UHaul that I can't unload by myself in the summer heat and that has to be returned in an hour.

I was trying to move a small one bedroom apartment which they had agreed to days prior. The day of, they kept pushing back the time of when they could help me move! Initially it was 1 pm and at 8:30 pm they still hadn’t contacted us. Their excuse was “they are moving a large house and it’s taking longer than expected.” How would you not know what the size of the job you’re doing & account for time? It’s all about money with them!!

Hello I just wanted to let you guys know I will never use nor recommend you guys to use yall services. After the guys came 2 hours late they had to make 2 trips because clearly you guys didn't send them in a big enough truck. This was something I had to be charged for which is crazy to me. Around 6 pm which they started at 12:30 I asked RC how much this move was costing me. He stated $817 which Torre quoted me $499 and some change. After me telling him the things I have.

First of all want to start off by saying the workers that helped in the move were hard working. I reached out to David VIA facebook. After putting in a late request I was promptly called back. Talking with the gentleman and discussing what was needed to move my home they proceeded to quote me a price. Given it was one of the cheapest quotes I received I decided to move forward with them. I then proceeded to pack up my house. Moving day arrived and the team showed up on time.

Worst moving company we have ever used. Do yourself a favorite and find a better company. We made a move in state on 20 July 2023. Right off the bat company was 6 hours late. I had to call numerous times to find out when they were going to arrive. They worked till midnight throwing our things in the truck. It was supposed to be a one day move but turned into two days. I even had to rent a trailer to get all our things moved. Now for the bad things.

Honestly worst moving company I’ve ever had the displeasure to use. I chose them because they had full insurance so if anything was broken it would be replaced or I would be given the money to replace it myself: They not only broke a large item but also lost some. The damages from them were more than the actual cost of the movers. They initially were very responsive, promising to get me replacement items and have them delivered to me within a few days.

I have never hired a moving company before. I went to a 3rd party site to get price quotes. They where the first to call me. They quoted a great price so I didn't bother with answering the phone from other companies. I was arranging a move from one apartment unit to another for a family member out of town. Each time I spoke to a representative they knew my situation without me having to explain. The movers arrived on time and where very quick getting things moved from one apartment unit to the other.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ RC and Jared were excellent. They were professional, courteous, hardworking, and respectful throughout the entire move. They handled my belongings with care, communicated clearly, and maintained a positive attitude during what was a challenging move from a first-floor apartment tucked behind the building to a third-floor apartment. I especially appreciated their work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything arrived safely and was placed where it needed to be.
Davis Moving and Cleaning is, by far, the best small moving company I have used over 30 years of occasional moves in the Austin area. Tore Davis is the owner and is professional, responsive and accommodating. He has great organizational skills and a is a pleasure to work with. My moving team consisted of Team Leader Jason and Assistant Marlin. Jason and Marlin are personable and professional as well as very efficient and thorough.
