RUDE. Didn't even get past the initial phone call by asking if they were available June 30th. "well, you know you're right in the middle of moving season" then proceeded to tell me he couldn't answer the question of availability "I'm not even in the office" If this is how you treat a potential customer then I can't imaging doing business with you. NOT COOL JP
Thank you for the review this how our phone call went You- I have some questions Owner- for? You- questions for moving June 30th do you have availability Owner- I don’t know at the moment I’m physically working and that’s the busiest time of month You- hung up the phone Now since no info was given…

Alpha Transports is the real deal! I purchased a super large, heavy, all glass final sale item from a local store and needed it moved ASAP. JP and Tony answered my call and booked the move within the week. They went to the store and packaged the piece of furniture incredibly well. It arrived to my home in excellent condition and they navigated the super tight move of the cabinet into my dining room. Both were friendly, punctual, and got the job done fast. I will be using them again!
I had a fantastic experience with Alpha Transports Movers for my recent move, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly professional, polite, and clearly took their job very seriously. They were punctual, arrived exactly when scheduled, and the pricing was very fair and transparent-no hidden fees! What truly stood out was their communication. They were incredibly responsive!
thank you for your awesome review Ivan, we appreciate it and look forward to helping in the future if need! Jp, Kyle , Sebastian
They say moving is one of the top ten stressful life events. This was not the case working with JP at Alpha Transport Movers. The whole experience with JP and his crew went exceptionally well. Persuading my reluctant elderly in-laws to move from their 40 years residence into a one-room apartment, to be closer to their daughter and me, was a task in itself. Then came another tough job of hiring a moving company when nobody I knew could recommend someone.
If I could give JP and his team 100 stars, I would. They were incredible front start to finish. His team is professional and hard working. These young men continually hustled and had the strongest work ethic I’ve seen from a moving team. In the last 5 years, we moved from San Antonio to Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh to Maine. We had so many issues with those moves. The workers were not regulars and unfit for the job. JP has a regular team working for him who are fit for this hard labor.
