In their own words
We booked the mover to come and got confirmation from them, but they never showed up day of and couldn’t be reached via phone. No one contacted or reached out to us letting us know status update.
They were an hour late. Showed up with an old pick up truck in the rain that couldn’t fit even a mattress to do the move. Spoke multiple time about the move and pick up time. Booked 3 weeks in advance. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I recently hired Always Best Moving for a full four-bedroom house long-distance move from Downtown Vancouver to Cincinnati, Ohio, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, their communication was professional and efficient (email was the easiest and fastest way to reach them). Four movers arrived right on time, fully prepared, organized, and ready to work. They carefully packed, wrapped, and bubble-wrapped every single item with attention to detail.
Thank you, Xavier, for taking the time to share such a detailed review—we truly appreciate it. It was a pleasure handling your long-distance move from Vancouver to Cincinnati, and we’re glad to hear everything arrived safely and exactly as packed.
Really happy with Always Best Moving Vancouver. Used them for a local move and everything went smoothly. The movers showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and took great care with our stuff. No damage, no stress, and they finished efficiently. Fair price and solid service overall. Would definitely book them again.

We recently hired Always Best Moving for a full-service move and junk removal from our longtime family home in Steveston, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. This was not a small job — it was a massive five-bedroom house that we’ve lived in for over 55 years, filled with decades of furniture, memories, and items that needed careful handling and sorting. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly hardworking.
Hi Chris, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review and for trusting Always Best Moving with your family’s move from Steveston. Helping with a large five-bedroom house move after 55 years in the same home is something we truly don’t take lightly.
We recently hired Always Best Moving Company for a large move from West Vancouver to Courtenay, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. This was a full four-bedroom home, and the team handled everything professionally, efficiently, and exactly as promised. What really stood out is that this isn’t our first time using them. They’ve moved us multiple times over the years, including long-distance moves from Vancouver to Kelowna and Vancouver Island.
Hi Veronica, Thank you so much for taking the time to share this detailed review and for trusting Always Best Moving once again — it genuinely means a lot to our team. We’re really glad we could support your large four-bedroom home move from West Vancouver to Courtenay and make the entire process…
