Home Run Movers are dishonest, unprofessional, and I cannot recommend enough staying away from this company. This has been the worst moving experience of my life. Not only was a number of pieces of my furniture damaged during the move, but my couch has been taken from me and held by this company for over 31 days now. My couch is being held hostage as the company refuses to communicate with me, or answer my inquiries on where I can come get the couch.
Since this review is from the same household as the one below, it warrants the same response: We’re truly sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced with your move. Our track record shows our efforts are wholeheartedly focused on results everyone can appreciate.
WEDDING RING & BAND MISSING!! We selected home run movers base off of Google reviews and everything went off without a hitch (so we thought) on moving day. Movers arrived on time and were very polite and worked hard, no complaints there, although one of the movers looked extremely shady.. however, we don't like to judge on appearance and gave them all a chance.
We were deeply sorry to hear about this situation and understand how upsetting it must be for you. First and foremost, we want to stress that we have not encountered a situation like this before, but have taken this extremely seriously.
We didn’t have a pleasant experience with this company. We usually stress about one bad scenario that could happen — they quote one price initially, but then silently charge a higher amount in the final invoice, and this is exactly what happened to us. We chose this company because of their high ratings, but it wasn’t worth it. Moving is already stressful, and this company made it worse. That said, the movers themselves were very nice and did their job well.

STOLE MY FURNITURE – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY My experience with Home Run Movers has been nothing short of a nightmare. My husband and I trusted this company to move our furniture, and what they did was not only unprofessional but criminal. They stole my couch and have been illegally withholding it for over one month. After they claimed my couch was damaged during the move, they took it back on the truck for repairs.

Slightly late arrival which led to some issues with the schedule but I was given a heads up at least. The movers themselves were great and worked hard to get things done as efficiently as possible. Main reason for the 4 stars though is that they added minutes on to the total time just to have it round up to 5 hours even instead of 4 hours and 30 minutes (or even 45 minutes which I was okay with since they charge in 15 minute increments) which was more accurate.
It's truly regrettable that the verified timing didn't align with your expectations, leading to a discrepancy in the duration of the service provided. I want to assure you that our team always aims for accuracy and transparency in our time calculations.
Very disappointing experience — careless and unaccountable I hired Home Run Movers expecting a smooth, professional move, but unfortunately, it was far from that. They took much longer than what they originally quoted, and by the end of the day, I was already frustrated. To make things worse, one of my furniture pieces was broken, and they even damaged my wall during the move.
Another day, another mystery reviewer. After checking our records — including our CRM, call logs, emails, and team notes — we can confidently confirm that no move matching this name or situation ever took place with us.

Fantastic company! My husband and I hired Ty and the team from Home Run Movers in December and could not have been happier with the move! This was our second time working with them and they were superb again. Ty was super responsive to our initial email and the communication was great. Despite a busy week for them, they were super flexible and able to accommodate the date and time of our move.
Planning, pricing, people, punctuality and performance! Home Run Movers isn’t just a name, it’s our modus operandi. We’re sincerely grateful for the repeat business, AND the positive feedback!
TLDR: Good quote process, and accurate. Efficient, well-oiled machine. Patient in times of chaos. Flexible. Good value. I used Home Run Movers twice: first into a storage locker and then out of the locker a couple months later. Despite the best of intentions, I was NOT ready for the first move - a lot of life factors got in the way. I ultimately had to tell them to skip the kitchen and bathroom, as I scurried around packing up the rest.

Ty and his team were amazing! They made an incredibly stressful day much better. Communication was good. We did an initial video estimate and then the week of the move Ty came personally to see where things were at to ensure he had what was needed to be ready for moving day. They showed up on time. Their system was well executed, and they had us loaded very quickly. Igor, Manny, Daniel, Paul and Christian were very friendly, and professional, and took extra care with our fragile items.
