I hired Micro Moves for a mini studio move. The original estimate was 1.5 hours, later revised to 2 hours at booking, which I assumed would be the max scenario since I don’t have that much stuff. Despite having fewer items than I originally listed (I removed a large sofa), the move took 2.5 hours. It was about 4 km between the two locations. Loading took longer than expected. The movers also worked noticeably slower at the drop-off.

The movers took double the estimated time (5.5 hours) to move a one-bedroom apartment to a new place that is only 1.5 km away, and it cost $800. They didn’t even finish loading all the stuff, and it took me 3 extra hours to move what’s left myself. 1. Their van is small and they took long time to load. At their speed, it’d take 8+ hours at least to finish moving entirely and that would cost over $1k. 2. The movers didn’t take off the TV from the wall mount properly. In short, they are not cheap and not efficient.

Hottest day of the year but the guys moved very slow despite having an elevator for a 1brm move-out, total time almost 4 hours. Floor scratched by couch on the move out and move into the new place. I carried most boxes out on the move in, and it significantly reduced the time (don’t think they were too happy about that…). Friendly enough staff, but demanded a 5/5 review. We left a 4/5. We were called by the company and asked to leave a 5/5 or delete the comment.
Hi Sean, we sincerely apologize for how this situation has been handled. Unfortunately, the moving industry does not have the best reputation thus we take our Google reviews very seriously as we are an open, upfront, and honest company and we wish for our reviews to reflect this.
I booked this company well in advance, and they cancelled with very short notice. They were neither apologetic nor solution-oriented. When I asked if they could arrange an extra van to honour their commitment (after I had already paid a deposit), they refused, saying it didn’t make “financial sense.” This left me in a very difficult position at the end of the month, when alternative movers were unavailable. Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to stand by their commitments is concerning.
Hi Siddharth, We encountered a situation that was out of our control and within the same day, we initiated a refund for your deposit and sent an email confirmation of the reimbursement.
When the chair showed up it was damaged (right arm was loose). Not impressed at all. Won't be using you again. The drivers were polite and courteous however.

I needed help unloading my U-Pack pod, and couldn't have asked for a better service than Micro Moves! They quoted me a very reasonable rate, and were able to fit me in their schedule despite my last minute inquiry Willy and Rodrigo did a fantastic job! They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and I was amazed at how quickly they were able to unload everything (which kept the cost down!).
This is the best moving company I've ever used and I will definitely be using them in the future. Jorge and Sebastian were super efficient. They completed the move of my 500 square foot studio apartment much faster than the quoted time and saved me a ton of money. I did a lot of research before choosing a moving company and ended up going with Micro Moves because they had availability and were very clear with their communication and pricing.
I was supposed to move out for the first time and I was all by myself. I was really anxious about moving all of my stuff and trying to get everything together on time while I was also working full time the whole week. My friend suggested Micro Moves Inc. and I was a bit unsure of how it was going to go since I’ve never moved before. Diego and Willy showed up and were immediately so professional and understanding when I explained how I wanted things moved, they got everything out so smoothly and very quickly.
We couldn't be happier with the exceptional service provided by Micro Movers! They handled all our wedding decor and items with the utmost care and professionalism, ensuring everything arrived at the venue in perfect condition and on time. From the initial coordination to the final delivery, their attention to detail and commitment to making our day stress-free was evident.
