They were 2 hours late. They sent 3 guys, one was the son of driver, that guy spent more time hiding in the bathroom and standing around honestly was a waste of a 3rd person. Really only one of the guys they sent was a real worker (wasnt the father or son of the group) and breaking his back and was told not to boss the son around by the owner, when he told him there was stuff in the basement to move, the kid was standing around.
To the possible customer, (although I am not sure this customer used our company, because their name does not show up on our contract.) If we are ever late showing up for a start time, it is simply because we have a technical/mechanical … More
I chose this company based off a recommendation I received from my sister. From initial phone call I felt this would be a great company to work with. When my June 1st move date arrived it was a totally different experience. The mover were 15 minute late. The first question they asked me, What would you like us to place on the truck first? I thought they are were the professional. Jessie and the other coworker proceed to yell at each other in my apartment. They were arguing over who knew the most.
We are sorry; Jesse has been dismissed from the company, and we have taken great care to shore up all aspects of our moving crews!
I had used Always helpful movers before and they were great. I called several weeks ago and they said they would be out today at 9AM. No one called or showed up. Everything I own is packed and ready as I promised them. No one could even give me the courtesy of a phone call. I will never recommend them to anyone.
This "ministry " reportedly has mechanics fix up vehicles and sells them on Craigslist. Pastor John assured me that the truck i was looking at was in good working condition when I purchased it on 20 Nov 2024. …

Always Helpful Movers did a great job for us. We are homeschoolers, and have lots of books. It took them 12 hours to move us from one home to another. That was not laziness, that was two big truck loads of furniture, books, etc. I thought I was well packed, but at the end, we still had things not in boxes. They worked really hard to finish in one day and didn't leave until they had our beds put back together. Both houses had two floors, so it was no easy job for them.
