Your expectations are that they will be on time or close to it, professionalism, experience, and a sense of urgency. These guys are professionals, so when they arrive or at least the 3 other moving companies I worked with in the previous 7 years arrived, they immediately tour the house and start laying down protective runner mats and plastic to protect your flooring from dirty shoes, scuffs, snags, rips and tears.

I can’t speak on what anyone smelled like as I was not there but what I know is JR is a fitness model and a weight lifting influencer and I know he doesn’t allow that on his truck/crew.
They did not come prepared for packing after the manager/owner and I had discussed it over the phone and in text. They were suppose to start at 9am, but had to run to Home Depot to get boxes. It was afternoon before they got started, and left at 6pm. Came back next morning and started packing and loading. We we moved in to new place by 4pm that day. Then discovered they left ALOT of important things at the old place. Deep freezer, boxes of our things, alot of things we told them to bring (more than once)!

They dented two wood pieces and a mini fridge. The wood pieces were my parents who passed away. I asked him about the fridge he said it was already like that. I said nothing has ever hit this fridge. He blew me off. And just gave me the paper and left. No signature or acknowledgement of the damage. This big guy doesn’t care. I’m glad I didn’t give a tip. I used to recommend this company. Where to begin... Yes, we were late. Things happen. My driver let you know they were running late and stayed in contact with you until the time they arrived. You were upset and somewhat rude to my driver so he went ahead and showed up to wait on the rest of the crew to ease your mind.

It was 7 below zero and our trucks are diesel. When it's that cold, there are a plethora of issues that can arise. The fuel can gel causing the truck not to run, the air brake lines can freeze causing the truck not to move.

Will 100% use these movers again. Cole was excellent to work with and arrange the move. An easy process start to finish. I’ve moved states several times and lived in more apartments than I care to admit, so I’ve hired my share of movers. I was also a mover myself back in the day, until ye old back said enough. Point is, I can say with confidence these dudes are legit legit legit. Tyler and Jonathon were punctual, polite, speedy and very careful with our belongings.

Truly the best moving experience I have ever had. Kerry and Clyde were so amazing I sincerely cannot give them enough praise. I seriously dont know how they maneuvered some od the things they did.
