Out & In Moving

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. BAIT AND SWITCH. Look at YELP REVIEWS. Did over 1300 on damage to our new home that was 9 months old. Went missing for 30 mins at 9 heading to the new home. They broke the front door. (The start tome was over 4 hours late. Never owned up to the damage. Only made excuses. Said he would show up the next day to make things rights. He is a coward and didn’t show. The WORST. Quoted up 900 for a 1 mile move door to door. Tubs at the doors for easy exits for moving. Why did we pay 3,000?

Paid over $500 just for them to move literally four large items and some boxes less than twenty minutes away. He arrived & told me he wasn’t sure if they can do it in two hours for the quoted time. I said it shouldn’t take longer and I’m already being charged so much. He then offered less protection in order to “keep me in that two hour window.” They played loud music at the truck which was embarrassing and unprofessional. One of the guys made me unload my own clothes that mostly weren’t even hanging anymore.

Awful experience! Movers were friendly, but one came to load and got inebriated while doing so. Even joked that he was hoping to get “ lucky tonight” directed at customer. Took much longer to get to new house than planned and by that time the mover was completely wasted and could not help his co-worker. The only thing they moved on first day was 2 refrigerators, one of which was dropped and broken. Did not have beds to sleep on.

My husband left a stellar review based ONLY on the hard work of this company’s employees. All these five star reviews with specifically named employees is a result of them offering bonuses to employees if customers leave a good review and mention them by name. As for my husband’s review, which was specially to get those guys extra money for their hard work, the company responded about how they pride themselves on being reliable and making love day stress free which was the straw that broke the camels back for me.

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT, use this company. We had the worst experience ever trying to move from Wichita to Kansas City using this horrible company. They ask you to list everything you have that doesn't fit in a tote. No problem. I spoke to the lady in the office and specifically told her I have two big shelving units for my garage. Her words, "no problem.

Brooke is AMAZING helping set up appt..the new office manager is TRASH! Very rude and nasty. Tries to over talk you when he finally does call you back. Can't follow simple instructions when asked to provide a detail written calculation of how they figured my reimbursement for the damage. I have each and every email and text to support my review! They damage your personal property and then don't want to honor repayment due to a repeat customer (I've used them three times) so you've been warned. Do not use ever!

So I just moved into my apt and I have damaged to a lot of my personal things like my bed and shoes boxes that I paid $80 and a camera I have call over 7 times and no one is answering or responding now that they have my money. It was a very unpleasant time and I was also lied to as well and didn’t get the full service I requested. I am still trying to get a hold of somebody and nobody want to return my calls

After an extra day because ownership didn’t support the guys doing the job, I have multiple loads to do myself. For almost $7000 I expect more. Vince and Brandon worked hard. The owners of the company did not. They told Michelle they would call her to talk, they didn't. Do not use this company.
