Paid over $5k for a “professional moving company”. They damaged 2 pieces of our very expensive furniture (1 is now unusable). A $4k dresser from Arhaus, leg completely broken off & the entire underside/front cracked. Workers tried blaming the manufacturer, compared it to IKEA furniture. As mentioned, I paid $4k for this particular piece from Arhaus in October 2023. It’s quality furniture. The other item was a $1,000 bench seat from Arhaus. They were unprofessional.

The guys were nice and got things done however during the move they broke my brand new tv stand the bottom ripped off and then carrying my couch in they scratched up my ceiling. Told me to submit a claim and I talked to a guy name Chris. It's been over a month and still no response and they ignore my emails. Unless you want your stuff damaged with no remorse or action taken to correct it I'd go with one of the many other compaines in the area.

Poor workmanship, some household items damaged and did not move all household items and place some things in place at new location bc of running out of time. As of Dec 2023 I am still finding out not all my possessions did not arrive at …

Three families spent their entire Saturday waiting for Metro Wide to show up and not only did they NOT show up, they did not call us to let us know they were aborting. Sad way to treat a 4+ repeat customer. Update: I posted my above comments upon my immediate return to my home. After I posted it, I received a call from the driver who was supposed to arrive and did not. He was not aware of the timeline error and tried everything to resolve the issue but by that time all three families had long since aborted.
I wish I could leave 2 reviews - 1 for the actual movers & 1 for management. The 2 guys that did the actual moving were great & would get a 5 star rating! Sorry I don't remember their names. Chris, the boss according to Clay, would get a big fat 0 rating. The man tried to cheat me out of $400. I called several times to get a refund on my credit card. Chris told me a bold-faced lie when he said he had initiated a refund. I finally called the credit card company to report his fraud.

Hello guys this people has no responsibility for your properties, they are unprofessional and very rude. They don't like to do jobs. I will not use them again.
We are very sorry that you feel this way. Our crew showed up at your place to complete your move but refused your move due to the conditions inside. You and I discussed this over the phone and I explained to you that we can not force our crews to move in hazardous or dangerous conditions.

Jeff and Semaj were absolutely amazing! They worked efficiently and were enjoyable to be around the entire day. My move took us from Kansas City to St. Louis so it was an entire day and these guys never stopped smiling despite the heat and humidity. I can't say enough good things about their work ethic. A big shout out to Kelli too for providing the quote and always being a pleasant voice at the other end of the phone call.

The three movers were fantastic! They were hardworking, efficient, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the day.
